I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received at your dealership, which I chose based on my daughter's previous purchase experience. I became involved when she needed my assistance to co-sign for her vehicle. Although my original salesperson, Frank, was no longer available, I was pleased to find that Champ Hightower was there to assist me. Champ is a genuinely positive and uplifting individual who has the ability to brighten anyone's day during their visit.
What stood out most during my visit was the consistent sense of welcome I received, not only from Champ but also from Tina in the aftermarket department, the finance team, and the young lady who greeted me at the front desk. Their warm and sincere approach felt genuine, rather than a mere sales tactic to encourage a purchase.
As a knowledgeable buyer, I typically have a clear idea of what I want even before I visit a dealership. I usually require a few questions answered since I am already 80% certain about my decision to purchase a vehicle. Essentially, I was provided outstanding assistance, and I look forward to returning to your dealership for my next vehicle purchase for one of my grandchildren. If Champ is still with your team, I will certainly choose to make my purchase there and with him.

It was terrible to endure the prolonged repairs for a month and a half because it had to go through the warranty company before my pre-authorization.

This place ALWAYS has a new manager. Heard at my service visit that the newest little guy might be trying to get rid of a man that's been there for decades. A guy who's little finger probably knows more about chevy than whoever this new manager is. When you lose that type of experience, the service quality always suffers. I don't come here just to wait REALLY long times for simple services, or to NOT be updated about my car (both things happened at this past service). I come here because they are supposed to be the best at fixing chevys. If your dealer doesn't care about keeping experienced techs on staff, then there's really no reason for me to come there, is it?

Took my car in for service, only to wait 10 minutes before anyone would say can I help you.Heather came out the back office and said have you been help. Then she turned me over to Christina Buglisi who by the watch me stand there for the 10 minutes.Okay explained the problem left the car.later that evening there was no report or anything so I called them.Miss Christina is a joke,she lied and tried to get combative. I explained to her that she didn't want to do that.All around bad experience with this young lady.6 days later pick my car up to all theses bogus charges that Noone can explain.Reach out to Miss Heather the manager and she is going to investigate and call me back.wow

This was the best buying a car experience I've had thus far. My salesman Mr. Champ really knows his stuff when it comes to car buying, not only did he listen to all my bossy demands, he took it with a grain of salt and found me exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be more happier. I will send all my friends and family that is looking to buy a car to Mr. Champ Hightower.

These people literally saved me. I broke down with my horse trailer on my way from FL- NJ and happened to be close enough to make it to them. They saw me even though it was closing time and went above and beyond to get me back on the road ASAP. There are still good people !! Thank you guys
