Shawn at the Crain Hwy Waldorf location provided excellent customer service! Previously, I contacted the Verizon customer service line and that was a waste of time. Shawn was patient, kind, and really listened to the issue I was having with trying to get my new iPhone activated. He got my phone up and running! Kudos! He’s an asset to the Verizon company!

I had an amazing experience here ,due to the type of transaction I had to do I had to make 2 visits but both times were great experiences .. today I worked with Roba he is absolutely amazing his customer service is top tier .. he was patient , kind and very knowledgable of the services and deals.. I was activating 3 new lines and he got me every possible deal and discount that he could which I really appreciated .. I would most definitely recommend this location
for any of your Verizon needs ..Shout out again to Roba thanks for all your help today

On 5/30/24 I had just left two other mobile carrier's stores, with lousy customer service. Walked into Verizon of Waldorf and immediately received greetings by two staff members anxious to assist me. One of which, Keysha ended up helping me. Keysha was extremely patient and thorough. I came in to switch service and purchase one new phone. Due Keysha's amazing service and knowledge I purchased two new phones and switched service, all for less then I was previously paying on AT&T. The process was time consuming yet Keysha made it pleasant and as painless as possible. I'd recommend this location and it's staff to anyone. The manager Rombo was fantastic as well, coming by often to assist if he could. Again it was a great experience.

Some of your associates need to show more personality and customer service. I've been to this location several times and the associate today was my worst experience. She had no customer interaction or anything.

My elderly mother went into this store a few minutes ago. She had to get a new phone and wanted assistance. She just informed me that the customer service she received was HORRIBLE and the young lady had an attitude when dealing with my mother who is a retired educator of the county we live in. I tried calling and was unsuccessful in reaching someone at this location. So, guess who's about to show up and give ya'll a peace of my mind? Cuz what you not gonna do is play with MY mother. Ya' ll need to get these young folks straight and play with someone safe. Over 30 years she gave in classroom to be treated like that???? Yeah nah...

The fact that you have representatives in this store that treated my elderly mother like she wasn't important and downright RUDE to her is a problem. The young woman that waited on her today, will see me. I will be up at the store, will write letters, oh you got the right one to play with TODAY! My mother taught for over 30 years in the school system to be treated like THAT by your rep???!! Oh no.. Ya'll got the right one. All she wanted was a book or a tutorial and the rude wench told her there wasn't one. When all she had to do was tell her it was one online that needed to be downloaded or sent to her email. And from what I read there are some other folks experiencing the rudeness as well. Yeah.. okay...

Happy FRIYAY! Hands down a 10 out 10! The entire vibe and culture of this location is top tier! I personally worked with Keysha, Keenan, Manager Roba A. and Manager Shay! A breath of first air, these three team members were very knowledgeable of plans, promotions, etc. and very informative in assisting me.(and i had a million and one questions, lol) The team went through each plan in detail to help me visually see my potential monthly bill. Long story short... I'm a returning Verizon customer...changing carriers...I am back after a year, and couldn't be happier. Verizon service doesn't compare to other competitors in this area! So if you have a choice, I encourage you to visit the corporate store in Waldorf. Thank you to the entire team! Trust me, you will thank me later. So you're welcome friend! (:
