I’m pretty sure a few of these 5 star reviews are from friends and family of the owners and not from people who have actually rented the space. When inquiring about the space, the owners ask you to do a tour. For my experience I was told the date and time I wanted was available. I scheduled my tour, and the owners did not show nor did they respond to phone calls and emails. Hours later someone responds giving me an unbelievable excuse as to why no one showed. I was offered a discount if I was willing to still do business with them. I rescheduled my walk through. The owner blew my phone up the morning of my rescheduled tour (I guess to make sure I wouldn’t stand them up the way they stood me up) when I arrived at the venue I was told my date and time was already booked. Waste of time and unprofessional.

Nice space but the owner was rude and didn't show up THREE TIMES to our scheduled tour.

OMG we loved the space and the owners. Very professional, communication was positive, and just amazing. My son had the best sweet 16 ever. Check out that smile.

Perfect venue and location for intimate gatherings. The place was clean and smelling so fresh when we arrived to set up. The owner was so kind and patient helping my family and I get the TV’s playing. I appreciate her going the extra mile to make sure we got it going right. The rental rates were very reasonable! Highly recommend Venues “R” Us for your next event.

My brother in law had a surprise party planned here for my his wife(my sister). He paid in advance and met both the owners on multiple occasions before the party date. Day of our event set up was to begin at 6pm, and 20 minutes later, the owner of the venue still hasn't shown up to let us in, and they double booked the location. So not only were there 2 parties trying to set up in the same 1 space, but neither of us could get in to set up for our party because the building was locked. Worst of all, we then called the venue people, and no one would answer. All the money we spent on this event went to waste and the surprise ruined. And the guests had to be sent home.

This place was amazing! It was very clean and organized! The Browns was very responsive when I reached out to them about the location and any concerned I had. I just wanna say Thank You and I wouldn’t mind doing business with The Browns again.

We recently had a baby shower here. It was the perfect venue. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. They were even nice enough to accommodate a last minute request I had. The system they used to communicate was very convenient and easy to use. The facility was clean and we all had a great time!

Venues "R" Us venue is such a gorgeous space to hold an intimate event such a party or baby shower. We held my daughter's sweet 16th birthday party here. The owners were very accommodating and allowed us to view the space prior to booking the venue. Ms. Shameekia was my point of contact and she was very professional and answered all of my questions and took care of any of my concerns. They provided the seating and tables which was a plus. I love that there are televisions there if you want to do a slide show or display pics. The flooring and light fixtures gives the venue such an elegant touch. My guests all loved the venue and we all had a blast. I know we will definitely be booking here again for our next event.Thanks again Venues "R" Us for allowing us to utilize your space for such an amazing and special day for my daughter.
