I booked an appointment two weeks ago. I showed up twenty minutes early and they took me thirty minutes late. What’s the point of making an appointment if I won’t be taken on time? Was kicked out of the shop after I was seated for leaving the review! Was very polite. Even the other people in the shop were agreeing with me. I asked to speak to a manager and she said that they weren’t there. I asked to have the managers name and then she lied and said that she was the manager. Highly disappointed and will not be back! So unprofessional all around. If you do not have enough people working or can’t handle the work load don’t take appointments. Will be reporting to the Federal Business Bureau. Very tired of businesses coming into our community and lacking professionalism when they are checked or questioned when they are in the wrong!

I have been looking for a closer nail shop that would satisfy my needs when getting pampered. So today me and my daughter had an appointment scheduled with Dan, May, and Tina. I am beyond satisfied with the services and I have found
my new nail home. Dan did my full set, Tina did my Pedi, and May did my daughter full set. Also my eyebrows were slayed ! I recommend USA nails !!! Thank you’ll for everything today.

The shop is clean. They also train their staff very well in pedicures/manicures and are very relaxing.

I was referred here but a friend after seeing her nails! Such good work. I had never gotten Gel-X before and after Dan achieved my design, this is my new salon :) highly recommend
Specialties: They do gel-x which I can never go back to acrylic

Go to an establishment where your business and money is appreciated! I’ve been a regular customer almost a year and my daughter was going there even before me. Note: I’ve been there and waited several times and never complained. I’ve gone for services twice in the past week and yesterday took my daughter with me to get pedicures. My daughter made an appointment for today to get her nails done with Mai. She showed up a few minutes before her appointment time and Mai is starting another person’s nails. She addressed it and they tried to pass her off to someone else. Isn’t that the point of making an appointment and making it with the technician you want? Mai just stared at her like they hadn’t just spoken in person about the appointment yesterday evening. We called back to discuss what happened and Dan’s little self told us if we didn’t like it we don’t have to come back. Sir, I absolutely agree!! You’re trying to squeeze in every customer and dollar you can get while dismissing your regular customers. He even lied and tried to say when we came early yesterday we expected to be taken early. When? Not once did we ask to be taken earlier. We were courteous as always and even thanked the techs for being there past closing. We have been good customers, have even referred others which Tim even mentioned to my daughter yesterday about how her friends have been coming. Well, we won’t be back and will pass the word on! There are nail salons EVERYWHERE. Their nail techs are okay, definitely not irreplaceable, so find one that appreciates your patronage!

I have been coming here for years and for the most part my experiences were ok. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I suppose this place is under new management because they have done many renovations. I was going in for a mani and pedi which I get my feet done at least once a month and my nails done every 10 days. My usual place and person wasn't open so let's go here. The ovations look nice. I waited about 40 min to get a pedi. When the person was ready he kept looking but never said anything finally someone at the front told me I could go back. I was never given a menu to pick the higher priced pedi because I like to treat myself but whatever. I always get French tips on my toes. I showed the guy doing my nails to take notice of what was already there because that's how I wanted them again as far as size. How do you not realize you made a French tip not straight is beyond me. I was so mad. I even asked the lady sitting next to me just to make sure I wasn't tripping and she was like no baby they not straight. At the front they offered to fix them but at this point why do I even have to point out this isn't straight let me pay for this service and go find somewhere else to do it. I will never be coming back here again!!!

New to the area and decided to try USA Nails after seeing work on the Instagram page. Sooo glad I did! Apparently they are under new management. Dan is literally the BEST. Very professional, kind, clean and has excellent attention to detail. My French pedicures are also lovely! I highly recommend stopping by the salon. Ask for Dan! :)

First time customer and a waste of $70. The nails are all different sizes and misshaped. Already lifting on the side and when I asked him to fix it he put glue on my liquid gel nails and it caked up under the nails and then tried to file it down. He was clearly annoyed that I was asking him to fix the imperfections which in turn had me annoyed as well. Oh and not to mention the gel caused my fingers to burn intensely, which has never happened in the 3+ years I’ve been getting this service. Granted this was a new salon but the pictures on the Instagram is false advertisement because he clearly didn’t know what he was doing.
