I walked into the UPS store approximately 2 minutes right before closing and I was treated with so much respect. I needed help and Dakarei took his time to assist me without rushing. I am forever grateful for his customer service and patience. Dakarei is definitely a great addition to the UPS Team!

We are so grateful David was kind, patient, and very helpful to us this morning. We brought in a family heirloom with unwieldy dimensions, needed extra help dissembling it, and he helped us to get the best shipping box and rate. We thank you guys so much for your above and beyond help! :)

While dropping off packages today at the Waldorf Md store, Asahini was very quick and has excellent customer service. He has a great attitude everytime I go in the store. I love his friendliness, and pleasant way when working with the customers. Thanks Asahini for doing a great job!

This is by far my favorite UPS location to visit when I have to do Amazon returns. Customer service is always top notch and everyone is super patient and kind. I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Shawn and the manager to help with an Amazon issue. Shawn was so helpful, so understanding, so kind and very responsive. The manager was also very helpful, professional and outstanding communication.
