I had very bad experience with this place. They don't diagnose problem properly. My car had engine heating problem, took there they change external parts, didn't find the real problem. After a month same problem occur, again took there they change radiator without finding real problems. After changing radiator, they told me that it has engine problem and that I have to incur lot of expense. They could have told me before putting new radiator and charging huge labour fee.They deliberately change for making money. They are extremely rude, mostly the younger one. I would recommend that if you specifically know the problem with your vehicle, go there and direct them do that job only and not to touch other things. Otherwise they would just rob anyone who doesn't have idea about the parts and problems.

The Ultra Fuel people take care of my car problems in a timely manner. Their excelent knowledge with cars impresses me. They are open and honest and they have never taken advantage of me financially. (i can name several car services in Waldorf and LaPlata that has done this to me in the past). I highly recommend Ultra to women because I know how well their honesty is to be trusted.

Avoid at all costs. Took my jeep to get inspected here. Guy had no idea what he was doing. Had to talk to the State Police to prove to him he was wrong. That's not even the worse part. When I picked up the Jeep, the hood wasn't latched. There were also marks on hood where it had been hit with an air hose several times, and when I got it home and checked it the wheels weren't on very tight.

They misdiagnosed my car issue. So, they replaced unnecessary parts. Also, they will not contact you to give you the status of progress. You have to call them. I felt their repair price is pretty high.
