The stylist was very professional. My issue is with the pricing. Ulta does not offer a trim service there for you have to pay $60 for a cut. There should be a separate listing for a hair trim.

Lady with face tattoo doesn’t give good customer service. I felt an unexpected and unnecessary attitude towards me when I asked one question about an item.

Shut the front door, Wanda is AMAZING. I am hesitatnt to not just do my hair at home because i feel like i pau so much and then end up not loving it. Wanda listened to what i didnt like about my hair and she addressed ALL my points. The color is chefs kiss. The placement is perfect. I am notoriously just not someone who plays into tip culture but i left her a generous tip because she just did such 👏 a 👏 good 👏 job 👏
I hope she sees this.

Thank you Nicki and Taylor so much!!! This is the best Ulta experience I’ve ever had. The customer care from both was incredible. They both were very attentive and asked questions to be sure I got the right foundation shade for my skin tone. This helped me boost my confidence and feel better internally as I shopped. Definitely the best location in Maryland HANDS DOWNNN!

Nicki was so helpful with my return and the only person who has offered to look into my account to find the correct shade I needed for my it cosmetics foundation since it didn’t show on my end. She was fantastic and I left impressed and relieved that I won’t need to make another return since she found my correct foundation color!

Today, I stopped by Ulta to pick up a few items, and I had the pleasure of meeting a sales associate named Kiondra. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me find exactly what I needed. Her support made a big difference in my shopping experience. We ended up having a thoughtful and engaging conversation. She’s intelligent, warm, and a great conversationalist. Honestly, I assumed she worked on commission because of how dedicated and helpful she was, but she doesn't. Honestly, she and others like her truly deserve commission.
When I went to check out, Nikki was at the register. I shared my positive experience with Kiondra, and Nikki mentioned that if I submitted a review, it could help Kiondra receive more hours with the company. I asked Nikki to write her name on the receipt too because I wanted to recognize both of them. There was no competition, no negativity...just two amazing team members supporting each other and delivering excellent service.
This kind of teamwork and customer care means a lot, and it certainly makes me want to return. Next time, I’ll take a look at the perfumes. Thanks again, ladies!

This Ulta location is well stocked, HOWEVER, I would NOT recommend using their buy online and pick up in store option unless you have time to double check your items before leaving. On 3 separate occasions for in store pick up, my products were either expired (sunscreen!) by months and/or used (lip gloss and make up). This is unacceptable.

I recently moved to the Waldorf, MD, area and decided to try Ulta Salon for a service. I scheduled an appointment for June 1 and even received a confirmation text. However, I was taken aback when my appointment was suddenly canceled without any prior notice or explanation. This lack of communication feels incredibly unprofessional, and I was left feeling quite disappointed. If you're considering an appointment at this salon, I recommend thinking carefully before proceeding.

Set time aside to be in line for a loooooooong time.
Ulta helpers are spread out across the store; not one offering to help customers or their cashiers.

I had a wonderful time at this Ulta today. They’ve started putting out some Halloween/Fall stuff so I got a great little haul that only came out at $30 between points and coupons. The two ladies who helped me were very nice. One showed me the holographic shifts on the new NYX Beetlejuice pencil liners (so cool). The lady who checked me out was very helpful. Highly recommend this location.

I love Ulta! Before the pandemic I was really into makeup and hair products, always the high end stuff. After quarantine I rarely wore makeup because I was at home all the time. But now, I'm going through my makeup era 2.0 but this time I'm using drugstore brands. That's why I prefer Ulta over their biggest competitor because they offer everything. Drugstore makeup has come a long way and I'm here for it. Everyone is always nice and helpful. They keep the store as clean as possible, but people really lack common courtesy these days. Some customers just open sealed items instead of using the testers. They don't put items back where they should go, it's really sad. But I'm an Ulta girly, and their points program is much better than the other store too!
