I purchased a gas fireplace last winter from Tri County. The installation of the fireplace was incorrect causing the siding on the side of my home to become covered in black smoot. Yes this was later corrected after SMO noticed the smoot on the outside of my home and said that is alarming. Began having issues with the fireplace called them to service it . I was charged a large service fee but the part needed was never ordered and till this date I have yet to get a return call. I would not recommend them to anyone .

2 Guys came, they were very professional and took care with clean up afterwards. They put on booties at my front door and that was really appreciated. Good job with fireplace maintenance. Thanks.

Great quality patio furniture to choose from. The sales rep Glenn was very professional, knowledgeable and customer service oriented! The furniture arrived within the next 2 business days in excellent condition. The delivery persons Eric and Dan were both very professional and customer service oriented! I would definitely shop at this place again and recommend other shoppers to do as well!

The crew was FANASTIC! All members were professional and courteous! They arrived on time for the project; they worked quietly and efficiently; and they kept their work area neat and tidy. Throughout the project, they patiently explained what they were doing and ensured I understood how to work the new fireplace upon completion of the job. The new fireplace looks great! It was THE BEST experience I've ever had with contractors!

The guys who installed the fireplace were great. But, I am not impressed with the service regarding sales. The sales representative messed up. Long story. BUT it all worked out in the end. Scheduling was ridiculous. I had to follow up with them to get scheduled. Also, it has been less than a month since my install and the fan is loud. So, I asked if they could take a look. They are trying to charge me 299. They also fail to mention you can get a rebate from the state of Maryland if you purchase a certain type of stove. I would recommend that you stop by and check out what they have to offer. Just pay close attention to the fine details. I can say that I am indifferent about them.
