Hands down the worst daycare for price in Waldorf area. High teacher turnover. Minimal certificate requirements of teachers. Quarterly increases in tuition. NO LIVE VIDEO OF CLASSES. No summer field trips. No significant improvements to building. Yet they charge one of the highest daycare tuitions in the area.In addition to the poor financial situation they have no protocol in place for bullying. When your child is assaulted in the school all that happens is they “look into it”. Even after multiple instances and written documentation of incidents nothing will be done to ensure the safety of your child. You’ll get a paper saying another kid is continuing to harm your child. That’s all.Between all my kids I’ve been we’ve Childtime family, a kindercare family, and TLE family. TLE is HANDS DOWN the worst of all listed.

This center director and assistant director is unprofessional, they talk about their own employees & expect us to believe they is the right fit for our children. The communication is terrible here at this center and they move the teachers around to much and don’t even warn us . This center has to do better

I was initially impressed with the level of care and quality of education provided until a change in management. The owner of this location seems to be removed from the core of the services provided and changes staff--great staff at whim. This stated, the environment is chaotic and unpredictable. I'm not certain I'd recommend this establishment for anyone growing a young mind.

DO NOT leave a deposit with this center. They will cash in your payment and not communicate with you at all. Paid a deposit and they gave us a start date. That date has passed and we have yet to receive an update from the center. Glad they showed their true character before we left our child in their care It's impossible to reach anyone with authority at this center via phone or email. If they can't even communicate no way should you trust them with the care of your child.

I went for a “tour” yesterday and was truly disappointed. The preschool teacher was scrolling on her IPad when I walked into the classroom the parent board hasn’t been updated since March.. it’s May! I told the director about it her response to me was enough to know my child will NOT be attending this center. The director stated “it’s supposed to be updated every month” So why isn’t it ?? For the tuition price everything should be up to date and the director should be giving an actual tour of the entire school not having another teacher show one preschool class. If you’re looking for a center look else where!

My time being an employee here has been nothing but eventful. I never thought i’d be a teacher growing up but i’m thankful that this is where my path bought me. I love coming into work with my kids everyday &’ watching them grow faster than flowers in the spring. Cant wait to see where my future with TLE brings me. <3

The learning experience is the most wonderful place to bring yours kids to learn , have fun and to be loved by the teachers the director and staff are great teachers I love working here it’s the best decision I have ever made I love being a teacher here showing my love to all the kids and the parents if you are looking for a preschool to bring your kids to I would most definitely recommend THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE IN WALDORF MD!!!

The staff and Director at The Learning Experience are the best, you can tell right away how much they care about children. They always greet the parents and children with smiles and make learning fun. They are very attentive and compassionate, caring for the children as if they are their own. The children learn in fun and exciting ways which are communicated to the parents via newsletters, apps, workbooks. The facility is well maintained and secure. The weekly menu consists of nutritious food items and I was pleasantly surprised at the new foods my child has tried and enjoyed. My child tells me all the time that “This is the best school ever”! So glad to know they are in good hands.

My son has been going to TLE for not even a year, I have already seen so much growth in him. What I like best about TLE is how welcoming the staff is, and how easily I’m able to communicate with the director if need be. I think the world of my sons teachers, not only are they handling the children well, but I can also tell they genuinely care. I don’t have any worries with my son being in the care of the TLE staff, they always make sure he’s okay and go the extra mile to comfort him on the days he needs a little extra TLC !

The Learning Experience has certainly been an amazing experience for my child and my family. Since her start there she has certainly grown and learned a lot. The teachers and director have been kind, attentive, and loving to my baby which is all that I could ask for in a daycare!!

Job Relocated us to this area. As soon as we were settled into our neighborhood most of all the kids on our street went here which definitely prompted us to check it out and eventually send our kids. Immediately after my kids started going to TLE I saw improvement in both kids. Especially with my oldest speech, due to the pandemic she did not start day care till 1yro. Hands down the best infant program in the area! MsDiane and MsMichele dynamic teachers, pays attention to every baby, and has the same mothers intuition. Great staff and great facility. Very pleased with my kids development and very pleased with TLE!

Ms. Mariyah has been the best teach our child has had while at TLE. She is so professional and warm and cares tremendously about each little friend in her class. She definitely puts our mind at ease as parents while our child is in her care. Might I add her she actually communicates with you about your child for th. Our child is learning so much but most importantly, our child is learning the basics of respect for others.

I love this center both my daughter (2 ) and son (4)attend my son can be a handful at times yet they are always so patient with him and divert his energy into something positive. This school communicates very well with parents and are always so welcoming and kind.
