These guys are miracle workers! My Ipod classic stopped syncing with my itunes account. Cortez tackled the problem and was like a pitbull on a potroast- not giving up until he had tried everything he could think of to solve the problem. Great guys, fun to talk to while they worked. I will be seeing them again the next time I have an electronic problem.

I went to a few places for quotes and I chose this store because of the positive reviews. Unfortunately I have not had a great experience. When I brought my device in they told me the part will be in a few days later. I put my deposit down. The part didn’t come in for 7 days! I dropped my device off… then call them later in the day to check the status, they tell me the part was defective and I have to wait until Monday before the part comes in… I’m very disappointed in the lack of urgency and communication from this establishment.

After making many phone calls and getting my surface pro fixed. I found this business. They explained to me to fix and what would it entail. Several days later it was repaired to my complete satisfaction. The big surprise was how affordable it was. After hearing all the nightmares I wish a little uneasy about this repair which was a SIM card reader. I highly recommend this establishment the only reason I didn't give it a five star. Sadly I have to say it was the location.

They replaced my iPhone screen then my battery life decreased significantly, the screen starts to show a purple color and it altered the night shift function. Don’t use 3rd products, just go to apple.

When in to get a screen repair but was determined that it was not needed. Once the phone was put together it appeared that all was good. Once I needed to screenshot or use Apple Pay the side button would not work. Took it back and the guy appeared that he could not get the screen off to start troubleshooting. After about 10 mins I asked for my phone back. They were not about to make the situation worse!

They did an awesome job and my ps4 is so quiet its scary. Ive been dealing with the turbine sound so long i never knew it could be so quiet.My only grip was that they didn't put the screws back in that i took out trying to DIY but thats on me but they gave me a discount so i callee it even.So my advice is if you are having problems take it to them first so you dont mess it up like i did.They did a thermal paste and deep dust cleaning and its running greatThanks THE FIX you guys rock????

I came in with 2 iPhones 7+ & 8+ 5-6 years old to have them checked out for new batteries and chargers to avoid a large purchase of new iPhones. I came out about $170 poorer but with 2 iPhones working in tip-top shape and saved a lot. The staff is friendly and experts in all aspects of iPhone-ology. My kudos to “The Fix.” A great business, gets my highest recommendation. I’m sure when you need a fix you’ll be as impressed with them as I am!
