Nearly nine years ago my family bought our first big screen tv from at the Waldorf location. I was holding my 10 month old son as we went about looking at the large selection of televisions they offer. Then the kindest of gentlemen asked if he could be of any assistance. Steve has been and is one of the most sincerest salespersons I have had the fortune meet. He made the experience one of ease, explaining which one would best suit our needs.Two weeks ago it appeared no time had passed. There was Steve with a friendly greeting and a promise to help. Although, my son is no longer a baby and I have gained some weight he had excellent recall of our first meeting. And as before, he provided unparalleled customer service and kept me within budget.If you want to simply pick a tv, head to a register, and be done with it all I suggest you think a bit longer on that choice. Because the better choice is to go the extra mile and meet with Steve at the Waldorf Big Screen TV Store. Simply because he will go the extra mile for you.

Transaction was handled quickly and easily over the phone. They gave me a 3hr window for delivery and arrived 15 minutes into the delivery window the day before the Super Bowl!

Steve is the BEST SALESMAN PERIOD!!!!! He has been selling me TV’s for 10 years now and never disappoints me! I just bought a new Samsung 85 inch and new Samsung sound bar and they both are picture perfect. If ever in need of a new tv and sound bar he is your man to go to. Thanks Steve for yet another perfect deal, keep up the great work. People, if your ever in the need or in waldorf stop by and say hi, he will not disappoint you with his knowledge of tv’s, soundbars and pricing and Tell him JB sent you for an additional $100 off lol. Called store said my samsung tv was cutting off and on its own they said I have a two year warranty gave me a ticket number but when I called they said I had to provide them with proof of delivery so no one ever came to look at this TV

I've dealt with Steve several years ago when I purchased my first 75" Samsung and had a great experience. I sent my parents to see him that same year to get their first 65" and they too had a great experience. I have purchased a Bose sound bar and bass module from Steve about 2 years ago because of how professional he was and making sure I had a positive buying experience. Alfred was the salesman I dealt with this past week to get my parents a 75" for their newly built house and the Big Screen store didn't disappoint. They come highly recommend and I will be returning for my new tv or sound bar purchase.

This is a first class operation bought a TV one day at a lower price than Costco and Amazon following day was delivered and hung the insulation crew was first class. They were quick totally professional the job is seamless no wires are exposed totally clean. I am corporate office conference rooms every day. This job matched what our corporate offices and government offices look like even better. I highly recommend Steve in sales as he delivers as promised and Robert the mounting technician who was amazing. Folks I don't know about you, but you cannot take quality good service for granite these days and this company highly delivers.
