I went into t-mobile store and Charlice and Else Savoy informed me that I will get the Ultra23 will be free. I decided on getting the phone. I asked Else Savoy twice, "am I going to pay for this phone monthly and she stated no" I have been with t-mobile for 16 years and can't believe I was scammed like this. This happened at St Charles Mall in Waldorf, MD. Please don't go there. When people are being pressure into making a sale they will do anything to meet their quota.

The most incompetent workers with T-Mobile I have ever experienced. Fraudulent behavior.

Today was amazing. I was so upset and frustrated I first met Elise and she was calm and understanding when she came to the point of needing assistance Tammy stepped in and helped as well. I am so happy that ni went to this store today. I was frustrated and angry and everyone was understanding and compassionate. I would recommend this store anytime and pray these young ladies to continue to support others as they did me. Thank you they really made my day bright.

Greg and Tyree helped me and were nice and professional. I was apprehensive because of the huge sign that blocks the entry way but Greg helped me transfer data to my new phone and Tyree helped as well. Both kind young men.

Came in with all intentions on purchasing a new phone. The promotion that was told to us was a free apple watch and airpods with the iPhone 14 max purchase. We went to do the transaction just to be told that promotion ended yesterday. Are you kidding me? The assistant manager and associate didn't know what promotion was going on that day. How is this possible? I think the employees should receive more training on product knowledge and honor what they say.

One guy was great, but the other one was horrible he laughed at us for not wanting us to pay $2,000 when we were told it would be lower than $1,500. We resolved the problem and was able to fix the charge but I didn't like how he laughed at us. It was horrible customer service, there's no way you can be a seller and laugh at someone. It's rude, disrespectful to your customer. Also there was desk wear if you got two iPhone 14 you will get 2 free Apple Watches but now as we got the bill there charging us $100 more even though they said the Apple Watches were free.

5* service but they did sell me a phone that has been recalled the z-flip phone. So before you get a new phone, ask them, cause they will not tell you, unless you ask.

Yesterday at approximately 12:35pm I visited this location, with the intention of purchasing a new iPhone. Just as I entered the store a young man ranfrantically towards me stating I had to exit the store. To my surprise I ask him why, did I do something wrong? He replied no, and said he doesn't know but it's something about a clicker (exact words)..?? Now I have this young man telling me I can't enter the store, keep in mind there's not a single client in the store only the four associates. I ask to speak to the manager so I could better understand what was happening. The manager gave me two names Giselle and Princess, unsure of who she is but her picture is below. When she finally came over after taking several calls, and going back and forth to the back office. I asked her the same question. She stated that it was due to covid. Now I'm really confused because the gentleman who ran over to me mask was under his chin, and the manager had hers only over her lips. At this point none of this is making any sense, but I'm still outside the store. Giselle/Princess ask me what did I want? In a very condescending tone. I said I'm trying to purchase a new phone (remeber zero customers inside store and I'm conducting business outside the store). She ask for my ID, never have ever shown ID in my 17yrs as a client with t-mobile to gain store access. As I mentioned that to her she stated I could go somewhere else. I ask was she the store manager, she gave me my ID back and said have a nice day. Giselle/Princess is extremely incopetent and lacks the fundamental skills needed when interacting with clients. As a whole this location needs more training and coaching, especially with explaining logistics and policies. Went to another T-mobile right afterwards with no harassment about clicker store entry. I didn't even have to show my ID before entering and purchased a iPhone 13 Mini.

Arrived at the store at 8:45pm. The doors were locked but employee's were inside the store. When I pointed at my watch a young man came to the door and stated the store closed at 8pm. They waited until 855pm and locked and closed the store. What are the hours for this location ?

We were looking at getting a new phone. My husband watched a random guy come off the escalator and walk in. One of the girls gave him an iPad. He called himself an "undercover employee". He wasn't in any uniform at all or name tag. When my husband was talking to him, he wanted my husbands pin. He noticed that the guy was writing everything in on the tablets note pad instead of the normal point of sales program. The "undercover employee" kept asking for the accounts pin and was able to tell my husband exactly how to get it sent to him so he can look into his account for him. He still wasn't in the system to even look up my husbands account. Everything seemed fishy. So we walked out and left to find a different t-mobile.
