This mall still some good stores but one of my favorites just left and I'm hoping another one doesn't. This mall use to have everything and now it's slowly checkout.

This mall has really changed over the years. Once they put renovations in it seems like all the good stores left. There's all these stores you have never heard of even the restaurants are unfamiliar. I only go here as my last option

Horrible customer experiences waited in line for 15 minutes with two ringing when it's my turn I'm guessing the manager tells me to wait so that the other girl can ring me and walks away leaving me standing there I shop online because they have horrible employees never smiled the white lady with the pointy nose is the worst she always looks mad save you're money or shop at pentagon city mall way better employees

Not sure what to say about this mall, other then it needs work. I have been in this area most of my life and have never seen it change for the better, it seems to be getting worse. It's the stores that they move in pretty basic. Honestly, it's only still alive because of the department store it houses along with tropical nails, post office, and Dick's sporting goods. If they really put some time in the mall to jazz it up, I'm sure they would see change. I only go there now for the nail salon and maybe two other stores I'm sad to say.

You should be shut down with your dirty food court and roach problem. The management is taking money out of those store owners by not providing a clean and healthy work environment. You can't solve a rodent problem if it's widespread throughout the town center without management support. Gross!

What a nice town plaza! Everything store that you can think of is here. The location is clean with a large parking lot surrounding the area. The food court is located on the top floor as well as gender specific restrooms (including a 3rd restroom; a family restroom)

Ugh , I love the mall, but today i unfortunately had to use the family room in the food court to change my son. With tons of shopping bags, and a huge stroller , and just me and my toddler, I was struggling to get in and out of there as soon as I could . I had to set the bags on the counter to change my son, and it was absolutely disgusting ! There was a roach in there, tons of flys all over the wall, there was no hand soap. And all I could think is this is in the food court, people have to use these bathrooms before and after eating , please please please fix this ! It's disgusting seeing roaches in the bathroom soo close to where we eat! Barf ! I called the number on the window , and they just said "ill let maintenance know" .

We came to this mall to shop while we had time to attend another event. There are a lot of kids in the mall and a fight broke out while we were shopping. I honestly didn't feel safe here. I don't hunk I would revisit this spot.

This mall definitely isn't on my top 5. First of all, this mall is filled with teenagers. And these teenagers come here to hangout, which is fine, by all means hangout and shop around. But these teenagers be running through the mall, climbing on the escaladers, running through the food court, and hangout in the parking lots for hours. We need to do better at this mall. Security doesn't do anything, why would they. Aside from this mall having maybe 3 or 4 good stores to shop at and they also have a Japanese food place to eat at, along with A Chick-Fil-A. Other than that, this mall isn't worth the hype. If you're going to this mall, GET IN AND GET OUT! With the information that I have provided you... Do with it what you will!

This mall as an unbelievable amount of crime. Very dangerous place. I have witnessed miltiple people being arrested.

Came here too look for professional clothes for petite self. Had no luck finding anything I liked at Express, NY&C, H&M, and Macy's. I'm a size 0 so I probably will have better luck online. Mall is okay it's on the smaller side, food court is sub-standard, wouldn't come here all the time.

I was going to eat at new place in the food court called "Sammiches". I ordered the shrimp & grits. After waiting 20 minutes I was informed that they had to make more grits, really! So another 15 minutes go by and we get our meal, but the grits are uncooked! Never going back there, it's poorly managed and unorganized! Just a word to folks making shrimp & grits, u do t just cut up bacon, shrimp, onions & peppers and put it over grits!!!! It sucked! They are slow & the food wasn't good.

3 stars because I feel this mall gears more towards men...maybe it is just me? But the women stores are either unorganized, small, or have no variety. They kind of suck. But the men's sections are big, organized, and vast. Why?

This mall is pretty small. Just passed through town and wanted to do a little shopping. Pretty clean and on a Saturday, not too crowded.
