NEVER SHOP HERE!!!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! I bought braiding hair 7 packs and the lady charged me for 8. Noticed the mistake and it wasn’t till I was able to sit in my car to count and make sure everything was there that I noticed they charged me extra. I wanted a refund and the best the could is store credit???? it’s not like I returned something they charged me EXTRA FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT BUY! on top of that they took a pack of hair out leaving me with 6. I had to go back inside AGAIN cause they can’t do NOTHING right! Regardless of the amount of money it’s the principle of it. I have to suffer the consequences of your employee’s negligence! The only time I coming back is to use the store credit and THATS IT!

The selection and pricing is great. The employees are super rude! The cashier shoved the basket back into me when I place it on the counter. She then got upset at me for touching the screen when I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to. Very rude and unprofessional. First and last time I will be shopping here

If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!!!!I always come here and never had a problem.Until this one time I was at this location April 9th I purchased seven packs of braiding hair. I didn’t realize that I ended up getting a different color than the other types of braiding hair that I had originally got. I went into the store today April 11th to return it and Exchange the packet of hair, that was the wrong color, which was not opened or damaged and the guy I don’t know if he’s a manager or owner, but his name is Toni And he is very disrespectful. He gave me a hassle to just exchange the hair color . He examined the hair as if I done something to the hair. He was so quick to try and deny me exchanging the hair color he went to say that the tag on the hair was not there ,which was underneath of the hair so I had opened the pack up to show him that the tag was on the hair and I did not do anything other than just noticed that it was the wrong color once I got home He even went as far as trying to match the barcodes up from my receipt to the hair, but unfortunately, the cashier run up the same item numerous times, which on the receipt it was showing the same barcode, and that was just the icing on the cake. He was upset that I did get my exchange he tossed the hair up on the counter for the cashier to ring up and he was very upset about it. I will no longer come to this location again.

Today, after leaving my total knee replacement physical therapy appointment, I had my daughter stop by Super Beauty in Waldorf, Maryland because my daughter purchased the wrong size and style of a pair of cheap silver earrings.The managers always greet me with a pleasant greeting, and we always dialog briefly, because I have been a loyal customer since the store opened. I spend a lot of money buying hair salon products and equipment, and other novelty apparel items. I even send customers to them instead of to the beauty supply next to Mom's market.Today, since I was walking with my cane instead of my walker, I went inside to exchange the earrings myself for the correct style and size thinking it would be easier since my daughter picked up the wrong ones.Super Beauty didn't have the correct size to exchange, but the style was correct, so I asked for the smaller size which was a dollar cheaper.CUSTOMER SERVICE MISTAKE #1: While cashier #1 was helping me, a woman walked over and told her "she wanted to see a necklace once she was finished helping me." Instead of finishing with me, cashier #1 immediately walked off with my earrings in her hand and left me standing there instead of taking my item to the counter to complete my transaction.I was in severe pain standing without my walker. Cashier #2 could see on my face that I was puzzled and in pain.Cashier #2 walked over and I explained to her that I was in pain and just want to exchange the earrings that the other cashier walked off with in her hand to help another customer.Cashier #2 had to walk and get my earrings from cashier #1 who was still helping the other customer who approached her while she was still helping me.Once at the counter, cashier #2 who took over helping me had to call "Tina" to the front to approve the swap, which was still in the sealed package, never opened or worn, with the receipt.CUSTOMER SERVICE MISTAKE #2: Tina stated, "all sales are final." Even, after cashier #1 and #2 and myself, explained that my daughter purchased the wrong size and style because I wasn't able to shop for myself after surgery because I was confined to in-house physical therapy unable to walk.Tina had a oh well smirk on her face and repeated, "all sales are final," even after I explained to her what I explained to the other cashiers, I even told her to keep what the store would've owed me back, which was change, since the exchange item I was going to settle for was cheaper and smaller.CUSTOMER SERVICE:I myself am a business owner that covers the DMV area, not just a community retail store. I expect my staff to use proper judgement in certain situations, even if I have a business policy in place. I want all of my customers to be satisfied with their service and transactions.NO customer should be treated to feel like their purchase isnt appreciated and didn't matter.Lately, I as well as others in this community have grown tired of the lack of customer service and respect some of these nail salons and beauty supply store owners and staff have towards their frequently high paying customers. I walked out of Super Beauty Waldorf beauty supply store and will NEVER return.I will also share my disappointment with Charles County Matters, the friends and family who I've turned onto Super Beauty Waldorf to replenish their salons and spas in situations where their ordered supplies are on backorder, the bbb and other social media platforms about how this establishment treat their frequent (high spending) customers who spend hundreds to thousands of dollars in their store, only to act like our purchases doesn't matter.It's apparent that Tina would rather lose a valuable customer over a cheap item swap and change, that I told them to keep, than make the swap. That (1) item swap was part of a much larger purchase. My daughter just purchased the wrong size and style because I was medically confined after a major surgery and couldn't go to the store to get the item myself.WARNING! "ALL SALES ARE FINAL!&

The options are nice, and I’ve been shopping here years before, never really had to ask for help for anything until recently. I wanted to ask a quick question to an employee about a scarf but the Asian male workers are rude and dismissive. I walked right out and did not purchase anything. I know the store is convenient but this store should not be supported.

I love visiting here because it's my 1 stop shop, literally for everything! All varieties of hair oils,, and I love variety! Hair coloring accessories to the max, plus all types of beauty supplies and clothes! I absolutely love this beauty store!
