They are good just rarely available! It's only two techs so I highly suggest making an appointment! I literally just needed my nails SOAKED off, and they said they were busy! Typically nail salons multitask - NOT HERE! LOL

Went in last night and Vee helped me. She was amazing and sis such a good job. I'll be going back there from now on. Been looking for a nail place in Southern MD for 5 yrs and haven't been happy with any of them u til last night 4/13/24

You’re right sr. You denied me service just because after 2 years going to your place with my boyfriend to get pedicure and nails I forgot ONCE our appointment. I saw you and your wife been rude with other people when they come and asked for service but I like your job, I always said the good and the bad. The only reason because we keept coming to your place was because you do a really good nails but you and your wife are very rude. Yes I been calling because I never tough your’ll get mad and DENIED me service because ONE TIME That I totally forgot and didn’t make it to the appointment .I apologized to your wife. Yes I been calling but it’s funny all this time that I been calling you don’t have the BALLS to answer! Until I called for another number your prepotent wife answered and told me I BEEN BANNED FOR YOUR PLACE FOR THE ONE TIME THAT I DID FORGOT MY APPOINTMENT !!!! I LIKE TO SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS like I said always been respectful and on-time with my appointments until this one time. Yes like you said:” stop calling” of curse SR. I will!! Now that I know how RUDE, PREPOTENT, UNGRATEFUL you and your wife are with COSTUMERS that been going ato your place for more the 2 YEARS believe me I will. Because we’re a very good customers if we wouldn’t be a good customers I’m pretty sure after the first time you would been denied us your services. It’s funny you get upset answered when people complaint about customer service, nobody complains about your work, and like I always told my boyfriend “ let’s go over there because I like how he works on nails” but when people said about you and your wife COSTUMER SERVICE SKILLS you don’t like it and your answers are very PREPOTENT jajajaja you showed your true color , you need to understand COSTUMERS make you bring food to your table for you, wife and your 3 children!!! Yes just like you said to another customer complaining about your been so rude” places are everywhere” and you’re not given us nothing free!! We pay you for your job but with your and your wife attitude you don’t deserve people to come and spend A PENNY in your place. Period!!!!! Keep replying just like you’re been to your costumers so people can see what kind the person you are and avoid to go to your place and know you and your PREPOTENT wife. jajajajajaja

I was looking for a salon on this side of town, but after reading the reviews and responses from the OWNERS-- WOW, no thank you! Ive never seen such disrespectful and nasty responses from business owners. Yuck!

Absolutely the best salon around and I’ve been to a lot. Ryan does an excellent job every time. Salon is clean and staff is so nice. I never have to wait.

Just came to get a full set and was turned away because I didn’t have an appointment, yet I don’t see anything on the website saying you have to set an appointment. Very disappointing!

I just walked in to inquire about my daughter and I getting our nails done. I specifically told them what I wanted and inquired about the time to perform the service. She asked if I had an appointment and I replied no. She didn’t bother to review her appointment book or suggest a time or day that she could perform the service; simply replying I can’t do it. So I proceeded to walk out and state that’s fine. I certainly don’t beg people to take my money and if that is your idea of customer service, I definitely don’t want to spend my money with you.

Perfect work every time. I have been going to them for YEARS now and not once have they gotten it wrong. Love the quality of their work. Appointment only and they’re usually booked up.

Lied about availability. They called to cancel appointment after already confirming date & time with a particular tech & would not provide any other date & time stating they don’t know when they will be available even though they’re the owner. They should have honored the appointment or called back with availability for that tech. Terrible customer service. If you want to refuse service for underlying reasons then don’t lie about it.
