Do not use their printing services. They don’t cut invitations properly to fit in the envelopes.

I love Staples. They have a great variety of work bags. I chose one made out of recycled plastic and I love it! I always find what I need and what I'm not sure I need from here.
Also, I walked in 10 min to close, rushing. There was no attitude. I quickly picked out what I wanted and checked put. No matter how busy this store gets, the staff is always courteous.

Waited on the phone for 15 minutes, when someone answered they started saying how they don’t have something, I informed them it was the wrong line and i was calling to ask a question. She said okay and hung up. In person the cashier was kind and helpful. Also the print people made sure i was satisfied before taking my order home??

In the printing area there was an employee who left a lot to be desired, we asked her for help and information and she sent us to the computers to try to solve it because she said she didn't know. I understand that she should help customers who have questions and she said just I don't know, do it yourself and if you can't, then there's nothing to do. Apart from not resolving our doubts, her attitude was very arrogant and it was obvious in her face and expressions that she was upset. I will never return to this town of Waldorf.

Went in an hour prior to closing, and it got busy really fast after I arrived. Though they were busy, the printing staff, Ty, was polite, calm, and VERY helpful during the rush. He worked diligently while multitasking. Despite the low rating, I enjoyed my experience at this Staples. Dont expect to get in and get out unless you order before 12p. You can get your order the same day.

Waited 15 minutes for help getting a chair from the back. Got no help even after asking the manager.

Was given an office chair for Christmas and returned it with no problem. However when I tried to get a new one I waited for about 15 minutes and got no help, even after asking the manager for assistance.

I placed a print order over a month ago for a funeral program. The store called within minutes of placing my order to tell me that they can't do it, but also can't refund me. I would need to call the 1-800 number. I've called three times and spoken with three different people. Still no refund. The customer support keep calling the store to refund me, and this store isn't doing it. Don't use this store.

Left waiting at the counter 5-7 min while employees joked about not wanting to help. When help arrived she was actually ruder than the first two employees. I get better service in worse neighborhood staples.

Staff is very friendly and professional. I went in for some Amazon returns which took longer than it should, so I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise great experience!
