The staff is extremely rude and racist. They don't try to hide it either. I've never seen such an unpleasant and unprofessional work environment. They way they're abrupt with customers is ridiculous. I won't be going back.

I recently visited Staples to print a booklet for my mom’s 70th birthday, and I had the pleasure of working with Sean in the printing department. From the moment I walked in, Sean was attentive and helpful. However, as the store quickly filled with customers—more than five individuals at one point—he managed to assist everyone with patience, professionalism, and a calm demeanor.
Despite the overwhelming demand, Sean remained pleasant and dedicated, ensuring that each customer received the attention they needed. Unfortunately, due to the high volume, I had to wait over an hour, but this was not his fault—he was the only one available at the time. Even with the long wait, he never appeared rushed or frustrated. Instead, he provided thoughtful solutions to help me with my document, which was having trouble loading, and offered suggestions to make the process smoother.
I had to leave and return later, and when I did, the store was still busy. Yet, I saw Sean continuing to assist customers with the same level of care and dedication. What truly stood out was that he stayed past his scheduled time—later than he should have—just to ensure my printing was completed correctly, knowing he wouldn’t be in the next day. He even apologized for the wait, though it was beyond his control.
Throughout the process, he took the time to print samples, check alignments, and confirm that everything was exactly how I wanted it. I was incredibly impressed by his diligence, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Sean truly went above and beyond, and I sincerely appreciate his dedication. Staples is lucky to have such a committed and exceptional employee.

I love Staples. They have a great variety of work bags. I chose one made out of recycled plastic and I love it! I always find what I need and what I'm not sure I need from here.
Also, I walked in 10 min to close, rushing. There was no attitude. I quickly picked out what I wanted and checked put. No matter how busy this store gets, the staff is always courteous.
