I can only give this four stars because all Malls Even though they are still nostalgic they have nothing on the '90s where it was the place to be the place to hang out I remember When you wanted to get dressed up Just to go to a few stores and the food court.

The salon at jc penney is amazingly clean. Atmosphere is age friendly where ladies stations are spaced apart. Good melody. Music. Stylist are masters I love. Belinda
