The sales rep Don was not very friendly when we met him. He also misled us and said he’d be “speaking with a manager” and “getting back to us” about a concern—which never happened. Won’t go back to this location again.

Was not open when they said they were, waited 30 mins because it said they were gonna open at 11am instead of the 10 am on google. Still no one opening the doors at 1130am. This is ridiculous.

I have a complaint about one of the employees at the Waldorf (Smallwood) facility. The young man is light skin, thick in stature and has blondish, brown colored hair. I came in the store on March 19th to purchase two galaxies ultra-23's for myself and my husband, and I went online and discovered that this young man added a third line to my account that I did not ask for, nor was I told that he was doing this. Also, he charged me installment payments on accessories that we paid for upfront in full. I had to deal with calling customer service for five days, coming into your store for them to tell me that they could not rectify the problem; and sent me to another T-Mobile store just to find out that you all are not an affiliated store of T-Mobile. I had to call customer again to get my bill corrected because the of under minding issues that your employee has cost. I work too hard for my money for me to be scammed by someone that is trying to make a sneaky commission and not informing customers what they are doing. I will be filing a complaint also with the better business bureau.

This store is by far the slowest Tmobile store I’ve been too it isn’t enough safe it’s no where to seat .. the service is just trash they don’t communicate please do not go there ! As waste of time

Went into the Waldorf, MD Smallwood Dr. location 12/26/2022 to upgrade my current iphone 13 to the iphone14 Pro in deep purple. I did my research prior to my visit to the location and was well aware this was the only location that had what I was looking for in stock, in addition to that ordering online also was backordered. When entering there was only 1 associate in the store and 1 customer. I waited 10-15 minutes to be helped when finally a young lady came from the back. I was then informed I am not able to upgrade because I have had my current device for less than a year. MIND YOU.. not only I have been doing my research; and knew that I was eligible through my jump upgrade, my device was more than 50% paid off. AND I was just in another T-Mobile location 12/23/2022 when I added a second line and was asked to upgrade then but I declined. I asked the young lady to please double check because online my jump upgrade shows available and she stated "online is different in the store". So I left went to the Waldorf, MD Market Place location and upgraded to the iphone 14 Pro and settled for a different color. Disappointed I did not receive the color I wanted even though it was in an associates hands, however, would much rather give someone my business who appreciated their customers and wants the business.

Good day, on 10/10/2022 I went to the T-Mobile store on Smallwood Drive Waldorf, Md. to open a business account. Initially, I was assisted by, Mr. Marcus who started the process. Shortly thereafter, I was assisted by, Ms. Geisha and she was very helpful. Mr. Marcus routinely checked with, Ms. Geisha to ensure the process was moving forward and was willing to assist as needed and I noticed, at one point, he called customer service to ensure there were no complications. Ms. Geisha handled the process which allowed, Mr. Marcus to assist other customers as they entered the store. I noticed the store was busy yet, they greeted every customer, and ensured everyone was assisted in a timely manner. At one point, they had to assist multiple customers to ensure we all received assistance in a timely manner.Mr. Marcus and Ms. Geisha are knowledgeable and professional and I would welcome the opportunity to return for future assistance, products, and services.

Devan and Johnathan were Amazing. They got Me what I needed and I was VERY HAPPY. They know how to finesse things. We had a very meaningful conversation also. They have a side business detailing cars and I AM sure are going places. Management don't lose these guys give them reasons to stay with you so they have an office in corporate in the future. They are bright, motivated, fun guys that will go places in life. Hopefully it's up the ladder in your company if You are smart and it is where they want to go. I would highly recommend anyone in the area use this store with these guys if you have TMobile sprint. Hope you liked the jerky Guys. ?

I had a problem with my phone and couldn't see the screen. The agent name Misa was very helpful and patience with me. Then her manager Marcus step in and helpme with my password and setting up my account. They both did a great in helping me. ? Great team work guys. Thank you again!

I got helped by a man named DeVon and his customer service was so good I wanted to stay after I got my upgrade. He is very smart and knows what he is doing!! If you ever go to that store I highly recommend you go see him! He is also very handsome! (Don’t tell my husband lol)!

Fantastic customer service and extremely knowledgeable Reps! I worked with De’von who knew exactly how to manage my issue (transfer phone line//new SIM, etc). De’von was extremely efficient and responsive, so much so that he helped multiple people while managing each situation at different phases without any customer feeling forgotten. In fact, just the opposite: every customer looked satisfied and happy with their personalized T-Mobile customer service… I strongly recommend T-mobile store #4QSO.

DeVon was wonderful in helping my son and I switch phones from Sprint to T Mobile. DeVon made great recommendations and was very helpful throughout the experience. Very easy manner and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. DeVon helped me lower my bill by almost $50 a month. Highly recommend DeVon
