I checked in online and when I got to the store I signed in like you're supposed to. My name was up on the board with an estimated time of 11 minutes. After about 15 minutes I get a text saying "sorry we missed you." I talked to the lady behind the desk and she said to just sign it again. New estimated wait time was 35 minutes. I told her I didn't have time to wait that long and she said there was nothing she could do. I won't be visiting this location anymore.

Sharon is terrible, dont let her cut your hair. She is a large white woman, STAY AWAY FROM HER.

My usual place isn't open on Sundays so I have this place a chance, I believe Ashley d served me. impersonal customer service, didn't take the time to show me the back of my fade(as is custom). Probably won't be back unless my place closes permanently. A little effort would go a long way.

I have yet to have an experience that could not be defined as good service. My 5 and 8 year old enjoy and look forward to getting their hair cut with warm towels of course! 7 and 9 and still coming here! Shout out to Dawn!

I was in the store Saturday checked in online waited 49 minutes for Kelly got to the store with eight minutes before my appointment watched Kelly walk around the store with no one in her chair did not even acknowledge. I was there at 12:33 after sitting there for an additional half an hour I got up and left with Kelly at the front desk staring at me never once was I even acknowledged as a customer even with the online check-in my name was at the top of the board saying on deck as I watch people being taken in front of me This is ridiculous. This store is a joke, and I will never come back. Honestly, it makes me never want to use a Sport Clips, the Silletti ever again.

My husband goes there just to see Dawn. She is SO good that the very first time my husband went there he called our daughter who is a cosmetologist and had been cutting my husband's hair for the last 10 years and the two of them, Dawn and our daughter talked on the phone about the best way to cut my husband's hair. She was so gracious and appreciative of the information and we've been going to her ever since. Also, when he goes there he gets a scalp massage a hot towel on his face and a back massage. I am so jealous!
