I would not recommend this car wash. The vacuums were broken and I would have been better off using my own vacuum at home. The basic wash itself did not have any soap and was just water and brushes, the dryer was broken and car was left dirty and wet. $9.00 wasted on the bad wash. $8.00 wasted on the bad vacuum job. I could have did a better job with my own rag and bucket of soap water. Do not come here you’re wasting your money.

Washes pretty well. Once I brought the buy 2 , get 1 and thought I had lost code. Contacted them and they immediately offered assistance but I ended up finding code.

I could have gotten a better wash leaving my car out in the rain instead of paying $10 in one of the automatic tunnels. In spite of the "menu" at the entrance, not only did I not get a DOUBLE foam wash, I didn't get single foam - the wash was nothing but water and brushes, and there's still dirt on my car that would wipe off with a paper towel.

The place is very unsafe, people asking for money and with an aggressive attitude. I've been twice and the last time I had a scare. Please go to a safer place.

Have been trying to reach customer service. I was charged on the same receipt buy 2 get 1 and also 1 Utimate total charged $36.00 reads remaining uses 2. No response back

10-7-2023 I use the automatic wash and brought $13 and the blower did not work at the end. Avoid car wash on the farther side. Never has issue before , hopefully they refund me or replace my wash.

Not sure what kind of products they use but my car looked absolutely horrible after the wash. Don't opt for the $12 service. They also didn't have the vending machine most car washes have. Will not visit again.

Paid for 3 washes but only got one because the machine didn't spit out a receipt with code for additional washes. Then the middle of my car was completely missed. I had to Google info for assistance, I left messages for days, and then I got a message asking for my address so that a check could be sent to me, I'm still waiting

The machine will take your money without providing a wash. When requesting a refund there response is now delayed. I guess they are under new management.

I bought 5$ worth of tokens for vacuuming. Went there washed my car in the automatic car wash then proceeded to vacuum the car. The first vacuum machine stole both of my tokens and did not work at all. I left 3 voicemails on the phone number listed on the wall where tokens are bought and have not received a call back. I also emailed them and still have not received any correspondence regarding the broken machine. Yes, it was only 2$ but it’s the principle. No response at all?? Bad business to ignore calls and not service machines or refund money lost…I will not go back here.Service: Vacuuming

Lost coins and money because the machine was broken. No attendant there so I called the number on the door and got the answering machine. Left a message but no one returned my call.

i like this location the best. as of march 13 2022 , they recently changed/ new spinning brush arms. so it doesn’t scratch my mercedes benz to hell like some other car washes. cleans my car perfect. i just spray on jay leno wheel cleaner before i go in the wash. and use Maguires tire shine. love the results and price i’ll happily pay for these results.
