How does my finger take off more dirt than a whole car wash machine!?

I was at your car wash today and the car wash machine damage my new car I just purchase a month ago it was hitting my car so gard my car moved and when I got out my car to wipe it down I saw a big dent on my trunk if my car and it also took off my side rubber trim Unbelievable ? I contact the co. and they said take pictures and get a estimate so I will most definitely do that ASAP!!

This was my first time using this location and i liked it. My only complaint is some of the buttons on wall that are to tell you what is what are worn off so i had to guess what i was using. Over all i liked it and i was able to wash my CRV and continue my day.

Small place tight fit no extra room to dry your car off if it's busy.

Supposed to get 12 tokens when you put 10 dollars in machine according to the sign, only 11 came out. No one there to complain about it.
