“Everyone was really sweet and respectful, they had a readiness to help. They properly sized me for my safety toe shoes. They at first didn't have the ones I wanted but luckily found them. And set them aside for me. I came back a week later and bought them. Great level of service I recommend them to anyone.”

I feel like their selection of good, better, best shoe brands has gone down, and often I can find the same shoe online for a bit cheaper, e.g. we went in the other day looking for mens hiking boots. Found a good selection in styles, brands, and sizes. However, I found the same shoe on Amazon for $10 cheaper. Workers are always friendly.”
“I came in to return a pair of shoes to get a size bigger. The manager assisted me. She was AWESOME! She was able to handle my exchange while assisting her staff with their questions. She went up and beyond by getting the shoe and allowing me to try it on prior to re-ordering it to make sure that size would work. I received that shoe a few days later and was very pleased with my overall experience with Foot Locker, online and store.”

“The MVP award goes to the customer service rep Czarina from the 800 number and the young lady Anissa inside the store. I placed an online order the morning of February 23, 2024. After paying for my item my receipt stated that I had 7 days to pick it up my purchase. February 29th I called just to confirm that the shoes had arrived. The young lady in the store was not so helpful and told me that my shoes had been returned because I failed to pick them up in 7 days. I kindly explained to her that wasn't fair because clearly the 23rd-29th is definitely not 7 days. She was very rude and not very helpful. I am disappointed with her poor customer service skills. However, I later learned from the 800 number that the policy is 7 BUSINESS days to pick up your purchase and. Either way my order was still prematurely cancelled. Because they fixed it, I will continue to make future purchases.So thank you to the 2 young ladies that went over and beyond to assure that I was able to get my item.”
