The first day I came here the staff was erratic and talking about how they were robbed by a fellow staff member the night before.Just a bunch of young kids working here. Need to do better on who you're hiring.

The clerk used my credit card information on a gaming site. He was playing a game on his phone and said to me this is expensive. Less than one minute later my card was being charged $39.99 six times at a gaming site Jagex. KARMA will come full circle on this clerk. I can’t stand a thief.

Last 2 times getting gas, there hasn't been any paper n my pump to get a reciept, I was on way to work, time is valuable, I hate having to go inside and get my gas reciept. It's not only happening here either, the shell n mechanicsville this has happened alot here lately

Please update the store hours. They are not correct. The website says that they’re open until midnight. I just went there (at 11:12pm) and an employee locked the door after telling me they closed at 11pm before the supposed manager came out and they both got in their cars and left. I wasted time coming out there going by what the website said. Really annoyed and inconvenienced

The young lady making subs was amazing, I tipped her on the machine to find out they don’t get their tips. This store is a scam, TERRIBLE management evidently. Keeping tip money from teenagers, pathetic.

This place was nice when it was owned by Burch. It’s gone down hill ever since. The kids that work there don’t actually want to work. Waited for an employee to come over and start my subway sandwich and I watched all the employees in the back playing on there phones. Then I went to buy other items in the store and the employee behind the counter had an airpod in talking on the phone while checking me out and didn’t listen to what I had asked for and rang my items up wrong.

This is the worst place ever. They have a bunch of young kids working at the subway that are RUDE and close the store down almost an hour early. One of their ghetto employees called me tonight at 8:30 and told me they turned the ovens off a hour before closing… the unprofessional attitude, urban language and hostility was at a all time high. When I asked them to make the food as ordered the reply was that they would give me a frozen patty bc they were NOT turning their ovens on. They continued to call me from their personal cell phones and laugh and offer frozen food. My husband went there and one of the girls acted as if she was a mgr. they told him they would make it, he waited 15 mins and then they told him they wouldn’t make it. I called and they pretended to be the mgr again. They refused to give me any info regarding my refund or a managers contact info. Horrible that this generation is what we have to look forward to! Their parents need to be smacked! Do NOT go here. Hopefully the 3 that we’re working there tonight 4/30 at 8:30pm will loose their job, because what they did is hands down grounds to get fired.

We stopped on our way from Cincinnati to Lexington Park on 12/11/2020. It was approximately 10:45pm. We did not see hours posted but it was a quick stop to use the restroom and grab a couple of snacks.The clerk did not say anything to indicate that they were about to close and they did not know we had been travelingMy daughter used the restroom while my other daughter and I grabbed some snacks. I went to use the restroom and he hit a switch that shut all of the lights off including the restrooms. That was really rude since they didn't say anything.Please just let someone know that you are about to close. We would have gladly spent our money elsewhere.The store was very clean and stocked so that's a plus
