I have always visited Sam's because it is an excellent place to make all the necessary purchases, however today I received discrimination from the girl who was at the entrance, of all the people who entered at the same time only she asked me if I had a membership card, I asked her because it was just me who asked me if a lot of people passed by at once and her response was that it didn't look like she had a card, I showed her my membership card and she made a nasty face I will publish her name because It seems to me a great lack of respect towards one as a customer, you can review the score of my visits and purchases. I attend weekly and I think that if they are going to start discriminating against one for being Latino, let them know to leave this place. Her name is "Alissa" or at least that's what her name said on her shirt.

Rude customer service at the checkout. Employee made rude comments after I showed confusion since I don’t shop at Sam’s Club much and was unaware with their system. No apology and no compassion. Then she proceeded to text on her phone during our checkout. Disrespect.

Poor customer service. Took 15 mins waiting on manager. Even the the lady that was helping me told me how lazy the managers are there. Not renewing membership after this.

I stop for all my groceries. It is so convenient using the Sam's club app to avoid the long lines at the cash registers, and you can also use the app to get gas.

ADA CUSTOMER..NEED AN ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIR/CART… 2 PHYSICAL ELECTRIC CARTS BOTH NOT WORKING…NO SIGN TO LET CUSTOMERS WHO NEED AWARE….WORKER AT MAIN DOOR…TOLD ME TO WALK AROUND THE PARKING LOT TO FIND ONE THAT WORKS…THEN THE ADVICE… GO TO THE CAFE AND FOLLOW ANOTHER CUSTOMER TO GET ONE…SPOKE WITH MANGER COACH REUBEN…HIS ADVICE ..”WE DON’T HAVE ANYMORE…I DID RESPOND WITH NOT SO NICE WORDS…HIS RESPONSE “ I DONT RESPOND TO THAT KIND OF LANGUAGE “…. AND TURNED HIS BACK AND FINISHED SCAN ITEMS…HORRIFIED ABOUT THIS SITUATION….NO COMPASSION FOR THE ADA COMMUNITY OR TRYING TO FIX ACCOMMODATIONS…After all of these unpleasant interactions with the employees at the SAM’S in WALDORF… A young lady gave me the wheelchair/cart after we talked and patiently waited for the the cart to charge…her advice to me ..Don’t stay long because the battery will not last after 15 mins and you will have to find an electric socket in the store to charge to get you around…..

Good deals, but terrible eye doctor. Extremely rude. I said “Excuse me” so so I can ask a question regarding the exams, and she in a very loud and angry voice yelled at me “WHAT DO YOU WANT!?!” All her coworkers looked at her crazy and frightened. If this is the behavior that is accepted, it will definitely make the Sam’s Club environment worse. Many of the employees seem to hate being there, but at least they don’t yell at people for no damn reason. Do better Sam’s Club

My only complaint is the women’s bathroomThe bathroom smells pissy it’s dusty and dirty. The walls and the metal walls are filthy dirty. The bathroom needs cleaning every day twice a day at least. Paper towels on the floor and on the top of the sink.

We had the worst experience with one of the employees making us feel uncomfortable and waiting for us outside of the store threatening us, and telling us to no come back to store because apparently we were disrespectful by not showing him our membership card when we first came in, as we explained him that we come there every week and no one barely asks for our card and he took HIS SWEET TIME to watch us and wait for us outside of the store. Yes it was reported to a manager that does not look like a manager by the way!! And I doubt that she spoke to him about it. Inaceptable, unprofessional and intimidating.
