I usually love Waldorf Sams, using the Scan and Go, but I have learned that there delivery and pick up service needs some serious attention. It's slow, inefficient, and employed with liars. Not only will you not get your order, you will have to deal with customer service (3 separate calls) to get a refund. Super frustrating. Never again.

GREAT JOB TIRE & BATTERY DEPT: Thank you to everyone who helped me on 7/20/24 fixing my flat tire. They were able to fit me in on a Saturday morning as a “walk in” appointment. They identified the tire needed to be replaced (showed me puncture was on the edge), and even balanced all of my tires while it was in the bay.

Diesel pump was so slow it took.20 min to pump 40 gal. It is tight to get out don't take a large vehicle in. They are resurfacing the asphalt currently making it even worse 07 of 24.

Sam’s Club in Waldorf offers an opportunity to enhance your membership for an additional fee. It’s basically for access to shop before the mainstream. Fair enough! But when it comes to services (car, eyes, etc.) WTH. I am a member of Sam’s Club…been one for years! Showed up this morning, (after a night of dealing with waiting almost three hours for AAA to arrive to change my punctured tire), to make an appointment to get a new tire. Since I was told they open at 8 am, I showed up. Stood in line and waited to hear my options. Once my membership was pulled up, I was asked if I wanted to update my membership, because it was well before 10, or leave and return at 10. What?! So, pay an extra $43 for access or return in two hours. While I may get a better price at Sam’s, I just find it appalling to know that I’ve been a member for so many years and when I really need them, I’m turned away because I refuse to pay for additional access. I just need a new tire! You don’t have to say it. I’ll take my business elsewhere. They won’t even miss me, I’m sure.

I ordered a round vanilla cake with chocolate icing for my mother-in-law birthday, and they made something totally different. They made a chocolate on chocolate cake, and I'm not surprised. This is why I visit the store in Annapolis. You should be able to receive the same service no matter what location you visit. Very disappointed ?

The first and last time I've used the pick-up service. It's super slow, they take too long. I spent more than 20 minutes waiting for them to bring me two baby formulas and some baby wipes. I think if I had gone in I would have left quicker than picking up.

For truck unload people is rude and if you’re not refrigerator, make sure you going to be stay here and wait ,hours for unloading by 5 to 6 hours that is freaking traffic. There is no spaces and construction.

Sams's Club in Waldorf MD is not handicap friendly. There riding shopping carts are either broken or not charged. This is my last time shopping here. Going to go to Costco where the riding cars are charged and are not broken.

Otr drivers, receiving is closed from noon till 4pm. Others then that it’s typical Sam’s
If u have a 3pm appointment, they will NOT unload u till 4

This review is for the Bakery section only. This past Saturday I received the worst service ever! The woman in the back was hiding away and didn’t want to service the customers. She refused to take any orders for Friday & Saturday with a week out from the date. Super frustrating and she’s making Sams Club loose sales
