Employee at the tire desk was rude, no appointments available, walk-ins told that it's a 3-4 hour wait, if they let you wait at all. When we did get our tires done here, we had to go back to get them re-balanced the same day bc it wasn't done correctly the first time.
Additionally, I genuinely considered buying a Costco membership today and going there to get tires just so I wouldn't have to talk to the lady at the tire desk anymore. :(
Save time and go to the NTB in the Sam's parking lot by burger king. Those guys are nicer and much quicker.

I made an appointment, but got stuck in traffic so I called to tell them I would be late. A man answered the phone and I told him what was going on and guy just put the phone down and never came back. He never said hold on or anything, he just put the phone down. Although I could hear him talking to someone else in the background. I called back and got the national number and they tried to transfer me but no one ever answered the phone. I will take my business elsewhere.

Got there at 5:20 pm. They close at 7pm. I had a flat tire today, pumped it up and drove to center. Purchased tires there 1/2024. They refused to service me because they had a 6pm appt and staffing. No alternatives given. How long does it take to plug a tire? Not a happy Plus member. I’ll buy tires next time from Costco.

I am a plus member have been for years but very disappointed and frustrated at the products and services rendered. I assume they've changed management because they've gone to the dogs. They have molded fruit mixed in with the new, they hardly ever have milk, they are down to only selling one type of eggs and other items to try and force you to buy things/brands you're not accustomed to or don't like. They also mix old hamburger with fresh hamburger. Obviously they leave frozen food out too long when stocking because I purchased something frozen, cooked, ate, and became sick directly afterward. In addition, when you try to ask questions from management and staff, they act like you're getting on their nerves and don't want to be bothered. Customer service sucks. Tired of the shanagans and disrespect, so now my major shopping is at BJs, I only go to Sam's occasionally when I don't feel like going the extra distance, but wind up having to go anyway because Sam's never have milk these days. They keep raising prices but the quality of products are going downhill. Due to these experiences, I plan to either cancel or downgrade my membership when time to renew. Instead of getting better food and service, it's getting worse and I'm tired of dealing with it as a senior citizen.

Went to Sam's for coffee and ended up with PJ's for our annual family Christmas picture! Lol!Let's face it. If you go into Sam's you will need to open up your purse and give a few extra coins because they have such a wide variety of things available. Not only are their things you would find in a grocery store but there are fresh flowers, furniture, tires and clothes too.I also love their convenient prepared foods. I usually grab a rotisserie chicken with a salad for a quick Friday night dinner. I will say this is the first time I did have to wait in line for it. But it wasn't too long.Of course there is a annual membership fee but I always find a good deal on Groupon.I love Sam's but I have to limit my trips because I always spend way over my budget(in a good way)

Usually, I never have a problem with this place. Today, we bought one of the already cooked rotisserie chickens. When we got home and cut into it, it was still significantly pink and cool to the touch. When I bought the chicken, the heating lamps definitely made the plastic serving dish feel hot and the outside looked done. However, if anyone had bothered to temp it out, there is no way it would have hit 165. We ended up having to cook it in the oven for 45 extra minutes to ensure it got done.

First KUDOS ... this location is closer than Costco for us. We received great customer service and this location was clean, orderly, and organized. Finally, we were able to get in/out with no crazy long lines, confusion or hassle.

Gas pumps have been out of diesel and premium for over 3 months. Asked a manager what’s the issue, she stated they are waiting on the fuel????. If Costco or BJ’s has diesel, I’ll join them and drop Sams.

Went in to shop at 7:30 and was out before closing time at 8:00. However, after loading my groceries and looking at my receipt I was trying to walk back in about one minute to closing. The doors were already closed and I tried to get the price adjusted because that would be their fault. Was told no and come back tomorrow. Really? Your the one with the faulty pricing and now I have to waste time and gas money to get it corrected? How is that good customer service and being responsible? I can see you turning me away if I was trying to come in and shop, but that was not the case.

My experience at this Sam's club was "meh" at best. For starters, my mother placed an order at this location and I went to pick it up. I called the store several times to ensure that they were aware that I'd be doing the pick up, despite not having a Sam's club membership (my mother does, and she placed the order), and was never able to get anyone on the phone. I called for 3 days straight at different times and nothing. I decided to just go ahead and pick up the order, but I was told it wasn't ready when I arrived. She placed it days prior, I arrive during my pickup window, and it's still not ready? Boo. I asked how much longer it would be and the gentleman told me I could go get it myself and bring it back to him. Now this was a big item that I would be unable to move alone and again, I'm not a member here and have never been here. So I ask if he can just come with me to go grab it and then I'd be on my way. He agrees. He placed it on the cart (it's a big item, needed a speciality cart) and has me push it. Umm okay? Then I go and grab my car to load it and asked for help on how to get it in my vehicle... he said he cant help with that. So I wound up moving things around while he walked away and got it in the car myself. I drove away thinking I would absolutely never get a membership here if these are the sorts of experiences I could expect. The 2 stars are soley because I ADORE the item that I got from there. It's great quality and appreciate the find. Other than that, my trip to Sam's club was far from a pleasant experience.

Why is it whenever we go to the Waldorf Md Sams Club to get gas they never seem to have Premium gas, just like today. This has happened multiple times!

This is the most deplorable GHETTO and TRASHY Sams I have ever dealt with in my life!!! I place orders online only to get to the store and it's not even done. I called 3 times tonight only for them to intentionally pick the phone up and slam it down. I've never dealt with such horrible customer service ever anyplace else!! I won't be renewing my membership back to BJ's but seriously everyone should avoid this place like the plague. Not even sure complaining to corporate will change anything but as for me I refuse to spend over $1000 a month with a business that doesn't value it's customer's. Management is non existent

Went there to buy a pair of earrings and waited for 20 minutes after the cashier called for someone to come to the jewelry case. No one ever came. This place needs employees bad!!

Worst SAM'S club ever. Have made 2 delivery orders and both times had to call the Corporate Customer service # as the this store refuses to answer the phone. Even Customer service can't get them to answer phone. I called for over an hour both times. When they did pick up they immediately hung it back up.
