If I could give them 0 stars I would
Rude technician and doesn’t know what he’s doing. Had 4 appts for the same thing because they don’t know how to do their jobs correctly. A windshield replacement took 4 appts. Very unprofessional and don’t recommend ever going there or letting your insurance go through them.

Today I experienced phenomenal service at the Waldorf location. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. My windshield teach, Rodney was so pleasant and professional. Best service ever!

Called Safelite and they did everything. The called my insurance company for me, which started the claim. We dropped off our vehicle and it was ready the same day. They calibrated everything so I didn't have to take the car back to Acura which would have costed a lot more. Safelite communicating to me on the progress of the vehicle throughout the day and when the vehicle was ready, we picked up. They did a wonderful job!!! Thank you for good customer service Safelite!

Fast friendly and professional. I made an appointment for the same day and I was in and out in less than an hour. The services were reexplained to me before I left. Customer services connected my insurance I fo and boom..... done! Would use again... it was painless.

Clean waiting room and facility. Complementary Tea/Coffee. Politeness is a Plus for staff and crew. Fast service. Returned with refreshments for the crew and scheduler for squeezing me in and doing great work.?
