Wouldn’t let me use my store credit , said it wasn’t active despite the receipt history I had the employee print shows it clearly has an active balance.

Ross is fantastic place to shop, their prices are reasonable and when you enter in Ross Staff is so friendly and when checking out at the register Staff and the Clerk they all have great Customer Service I do Thank Everybody Again ????.This is my son favorite place to shop ??

Was looking for some running shoes for my kid to wear… Selection was trash, then to top things off, the lady at the front rushed us out the door. I didn’t even pay yet and she’s bringing the person behind me to the counter to ring him out and pay. Then I ask her to slow down please and it becomes a problem. They said they are trained this way… I can’t with “our people”. Never choosing to “dress for less again.”

I shopped there, during the Christmas ? Holiday and it was crazy. The line was so long it ended in the back of the store.

My only real compliant is the condition of store and shelving, but it was just that bad. Everything was in disarray, and absolute mess. On our second time there, we just left after seeing everything because it just was not worth our time digging through everything piled on top of itself.

Our Ross usually has a pretty good selection of items. When entering the store it looked like the store had not been straightened out in a while.The checkout line was almost to the back of the store, so the 1 item I managed to find stayed on the shelf.

Great bargains, but this store needs a good manager to keep up with the stock and the cleanliness. Always a long line with only 2 cashiers.
