Everyone was really sweet and respectful, they had a readiness to help. They properly sized me for my safety toe shoes. They at first didn't have the ones I wanted but luckily found them. And set them aside for me. I came back a week later and bought them. Great level of service I recommend them to anyone.

Is this place still open? I ordered a pair of boots over a month ago, still haven’t received them. I called over a week ago, employee answered the phone and could not answer my question as to if they were ordered. He stated he would have to call me back because he was on the phone with the owner of the store. Never called back and I can’t get in contact with anyone at the store. Going to call Redwing Corporate. Have purchased many boots from this place. Disappointing.

I was not offered the Scanning and fitting experience. Nor was I offered insole, sock, or care products. Overall, the experience was a terrible experience for a first-time customer. The most unfortunate part is that the boots I purchased are great boots, but I don't see myself shopping there ever again.

Awesome store! Walter was very welcoming and friendly. I needed to pick up new boots for work, and Walter made the whole process go smoothly and made sure I got the boots I needed. I would return again anytime

. Stopped in a Cracker Barrel store # 687 at 3457 Crain Highway Waldorf MD, for Brunch June 25, 2023 and had a great meal. We had an amazing experience..The staff does an amazing job , our waiter was a young gentleman name Preston he provided excellent , professional customer service, very courteous, respectful.He went over and above to make sure we were satisfied. I can’t say enough about this young man.The food was delicious all the waiters and waitresses are very attentive, professional and super nice atmosphere, they are all young adults, what got my complete attention was the manager, Tranesia Scriber, I believe this is her name , I personally spoke with her, awesome woman. She exemplified extraordinary, excellent, professional leadership over and beyond customer service to each customer that was seated. I have not seen this type of quality customer service at any of the Cracker Barrels, since I have been eating at them beginning in the 90s’.This type of manger that exemplify this type of leadership should be promoted to a General manger, so she can train all the managers at Cracker Barrels, myself and my husband was traveling back to Charlotte NC . We are glad, that we stopped there , this will always be our favorite place to stop and eat whenever we are in that area .
