I drove an hour to this place for a screening. I was 11 min late due to traffic and they told me because I was more than 10 min late for my appointment, I'd have to reschedule. That is the most insane policy I've ever heard and I guarantee I'd be still be sitting there waiting for my appointment even if I showed up 30 min early.What a clown show, and what a ridiculous policy that only shows how little this place values their patients time. Beware if you're coming from any distance and good luck for all the other poor saps that have to use this place.

It's extremely difficult trying to reach a human being to talk to and ask questions. There needs to be a better system in place when you call.

It's my second time coming here for a pre employment drug screen. Always clean and very professional. A lot of other offices in the building as well, dentist, eye doctor etc.. Would definitely come back for any further testing needed

It is impossible to speak to a human. They put you though a myriad of press one for this or two for that but do not answer the phone. If you need to discuss something that is not on the automated menu you're out of luck. Additionally, I their "Maryland System does not talk to their Florida System." My doctor in Florida ordered the tests electronically to Quest. Apparently, now he has to fax it to the Waldorf, MD Quest since the systems don't talk.

They were unwilling to spare the PPE (face covering) for people who forgot one. Was told I’d have to go “find one”. Unable to get blood work done.

Rushed to get there on a Saturday and 5 min till close at 1100am they had already locked the doors. I have to wait a whole week now because of my work schedule. Thank you for the courtesy ?

I liked that the process was fast if you scheduled an appointment. However, they didn't really explain how the process works, how I will be paying, or how I will even get my results. They kind of just took my blood and said bye. This wouldn't be an issue if they would just pick up their phone when I call. This place literally never answers their phone.

This lab has an awesome technician by the name of Anisa, her supervisor is name Karen. Anisa knows her field very well. As a former BC and lymphoma patient. I explained her my concerns about them taking blood. She took my blood and I was able to look at her doing it, and not looking away. She was that smooth. I did not feel the needle when she stuck me. I highly recommend this location and ask for Anisa.

This was my first visit. I made an appointment on line. I got to the clinic about 10 minutes before my appointment and realized that I had left my insurance card at home. I asked if I could complete my appointment and go home and get my card afterwards. I explained that I lived only 5 minutes away. I was told that no services could be performed. I was asked my name and was told that I did not have an appointment. I explained that I had made the appointment on line. I was told that I did not have an appointment. I just feel as if the receptionist was not customer oriented. Why would I get up and come to the clinic if I did not feel that I had an appointment? The receptionist was blunt and not very helpful. Needless to say, first impressions for me was enough. I left the building and made an appointment somewhere else. Just a side note about the online reservation process. I checked my email after I left the office. I did received two emails and clicked the link to make my appointment for 8:45 am. I did not check to see if I received a confirmation email. I assumed that my appointment was made after I completed the appointment process.

I totally agree with this commentary. Steer very clear of the Clinton facility. Have used the Waldorf location and they are extremely courteous and professional!
