I bought my car from prize auto four months ago. I have been taking my car back-and-forth since day one to have it fixed because all the lights are on.The tire pressure was on They have not fixed my car yet I just now had to pay for oil because they said my car did not have oil in. I would not tell anyone to by a car from Prize auto

They sell you cars with electrical problems all windows don’t work ac motor is blown battery was dead when I first bought it all lights had to be changed and sometimes the car won’t even start have to wait an hour to be able to turn on my car if I could take this car back I would. I haven’t even had my car for a year. Don’t let them fool you thinking they inspect cars

I called yesterday to verify the price of the Kia k5. I was told that it was $16,774 and that they would have it at the lot when I arrived today at 10 am. We get there and the Kia k5 was not there. So we was told that they had it at the garage and that they would go get it. Said it's like 5 minutes away. So we waited. They bring the car 45 minutes later. Said they inspected and it was good. So I do a walk around the car and the tire on drivers side was bald. So then I was told they would put a new tire on it. it needs a front end alignment, the spoiler piece was missing also. The inside was a little rough.So we take it for a test drive and come back. They raised the price to $23,***. I'm like i called yesterday evening to verify everything and was told the price they quoted me was a mistake made by the owner. Would not honor the price they posted online and what the salesman quoted. Then they email me on my 3 hour trip back homeand say they would sell it for $22,774. This place is a joke. Never will come back to this place.

Brought a 2013 bmw 328i from them a couple a months ago , saw it only had 68,000 miles on it and it came with a warranty, had to put down 3,500 in order to get the car , and , the first day I drove the car it broke and I waz told that sometimes it’s acts funny on hills and waz ask did I put gas into the car , the car which broke and stop running while it had 15 miles in it , but didn’t complain and just put gas in the car , over next 3 weeks continue to have problems and waz told it waz only cuz the car ran out of gas , this waz told to me by the shop they work with , 1 month goes by and I the car isn’t starting even with 59 miles of gas in it , take it to bmw and they said it needs 3k worth of work done to it , and the warranty that came with it doesn’t cover anything at all that needs to be replace with the car , ends up dropping 2k on repairs , for it to still till this day not start and continue to need mores problems , waz also told my truck wa flooded at some point that wasent in the car fax at all , you try to call and nobody’s picks up but the sales people , never shop here , they will only take ur money

Customer service was great, it was my first time purchasing a vehicle I was approved and got a car within the same week! My credit score was low but they worked with my credit and I still was able to get the car of my choice.They gave me copies of all my documents as well they answered every question I had. The cars are good condition and they come with a warranty,tags are included….etc, some dealerships just want your money and send you on your way but they make sure they take care of you. If you call to inquire about a car ask for Regie or Chris!
