This store has to be the worse to order online from. Two times, I have ordered from this store for same-day delivery with items saying they are in stock, only to be sent an email cancelling the items, or the items were delayed. I go into the store the next day and low and behold, the items are hanging up. Obviously, they are not doing proper inventory checks, lack of employees or laziness.

Trying to get help with fish and the employees hiding in between the fish tank aisle as if I can’t see them and hear them talking.
La Plata isn’t that far. I’ve tried this location multiple times and every time it starts to get better it goes back down. It’s annoying because this is closer to me but I can drive a little further.

Everyone there has been super nice. I always find what I need; even if it's an item they don't have in stock, they will locate it, and you order it.

Pleasant experience with cashier. She was very helpful. She took time to research and provide the sale price of online vs in-store. It wasn't busy...upon opening Saturday morning.
