You’re gonna pay $60 for anal gland expression…even if you don’t go inside with your pet for the visit regardless of what the scheduler says-even if they give the wrong information ?…but I guess it’s not as bad as the time they couldn’t find my dog after they took him from my car for an appointment…which wasn’t fun being a disabled veteran and all…
I spoke to a manager and she explained that they had a lot of new people and she would make sure they knew the new policies and thanked me for my service-no compensation was offered-even after I explained what incorrect information was given to me…
He has another scheduled appointment at the end of the month lol for shots that I’m sure will be more than originally planned-we split up the appointments trying not to stress out my dog, unaware of the extra $30…even tho he’s not even seeing a vet ? and I am not going in
My point is you’ll pay $30 for the visit and $30 for anal gland expression just so you’ll know ?

They always take care of my pets!! The staff is very caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable when it comes to finding out what’s wrong with my babies. I have not had any complaints since bringing my baby Zuri to them.

No thank you will never come here again my grandmother called ahead of time to ask if she could pay over the phone with her card. Clearly someone told her yes because if that wasn’t the case, I would’ve never brought the cat here to receive her second shot without getting the money or card you will never ever get my business ever again or my sister who comes here now she will go somewhere else Or my grandmother who has so many cats get your priorities straight…. And give me my damn cat shouldn’t take no damn hour to give a cat a shot

The staff here are amazing at what they do. They are all genuinely kind and clearly love animals. The are professional, organized and accommodating to a clients needs to the best of their abilities. They are also extremely reasonable in their pricing in this very expensive world. This hospital is a blessing to this community.

The employees are really good people they are really nice, I took my kitten and they stayed informative and after taking my kitten they call to see how he is, they’re really caring for their animals. I love how organized they are too as well as respectful. Many people should consider taking their pets here.

Don’t waste your time here and go someplace that respects your time. They finally got us in an hour and a half past our appointment time. This is not a short drive for me. The entire trip, wait time and time spent with the vet was almost four hours.

They really need to review this “can’t come in, come get your pet 45 minutes AFTER appt sit in the car for 2 hours while your AC running policy!! The wait is entirely too long. I truly do not get it!!

I had appointment for 2:00 pm. My pet did not get seen until 3:00 pm.
And had to wait another 20 minutes for the bill. And you still have to wait in your car, like covid.

This place use to be good, but is horrible now! If you try to call, it seems as if somebody will pick up and hang up right in your ear and you have to constantly call just to get an answer. Maybe just to be put right on hold. The people are very uneducated when it comes to diagnosing or giving you additional information on the condition or medication they put your fur baby on.
They do not allow you to come in, which is very skeptical. Additionally, I had an experience where I sent my fur baby in, and they did not come back out the same way I sent them in as if they were dealing with them roughly. The wait time is ridiculous. You’ll be waiting 2 to 3 hours maybe longer and sometimes have to call to check to see if your fur baby is ready which most of the time they are and they forget to bring your fur baby out. Additionally, when they come and get your fur baby from your car, they do not carry them in their carrier with respect, it’s almost like putting a purse on with no care in the world.
Upon getting a second opinion, come to find out this place did not diagnose my fur baby with the correct diagnosis. I will never bring my fur baby back to a vet that does not allow you to be present while they are being examined. This place is unethical and unprofessional. Furthermore, a complaint will be filed with BBB and Department of Agriculture.
