Google messed up this is the ourisman on branch ave in camp springs ...they are the worst dealership in terms of prices and the quality of repairs they do. I had a viper car alarm when they serviced my car they didn't have a mechanic familiar with automatic start car alarms my electrical system on my car would never cut off it drained my battery and affected the truck in so many ways. When I went to pick it up my alarm horn was just sitting on the engine. He had to lift the hood because it wouldn't start. When I say the worst ...literally.

I would rate five out of five stars on the services here in Subaru Waldorf because Nick and Vincent was very professional, respectful and kind and during our conversation explained everything to me, BUT on the sales part PLEASE DO NOT BUY a car here because the sales staff here are VERY DISHONEST, they will FOOL and TRICK YOU in order to sell their vehicles.
Our conversation and agreements were very clear, but then they will make you sign papers that states differently- its a trap. And when you appealed it they will play the card “Oh you signed everything on the paper, that means you understood everything in it”. Subaru is a good car, but please don’t go here to buy, go to some other dealership. I am planning to buy another one this year hopefully my family and I will find people who are actually honest and decent to do business with.

I spent over 8 hours at the showroom with Mason and Michael. It took some wrangling, but I left with a '24 Subaru Impreza Sport in Oasis Blue Pearl. It is absolutely beautiful!! Max was awesome from "Hello" and Lord knows we had Michael running the hallway and Zach punching numbers. This is an upstanding dealership with great salespersons, awesome sales managers and knowledgeable finance managers. All around a "10". Highly recommend.

One stars i s being more than generous on my part I rather a negative 4 star rating.Bought truck from them from NC and trade delivered to house. Never registered #1 never a temp plate #2No title for me to refinance with my finance company to my credit union ?!Thank God being a government/medical employee with SECU for ages. So I was basically driving an un registered vehicle, no temporary plates, sales person put my vanity plate front m old truck to new.Finally #3 Consistent lack of communication and below poor customer service. The salesman even lost the title I literally handed him.on my trade walking out door ?!So I’ve been paying for 5 months on an expensive driveway ornament.Wait it gets better #4 I’m paying for extended warranty and went to my usual Chevy Cadillac GMC dealer for service. Glad I asked about warranty nothing extended basic warranty. I trust Hendrick dealerships most all vehicles came from there in NC and VA.Worst buying experience of my life and I go through cars and trucks that are head turners.BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!!!!!

Service is horrible. I took my car to the dealership because of brakes. Service rep (James) charge me 180.00 for an oil change and rotated my tires. He them tell me my rotors needs replace but not my padss. He said I pressed my brakes hard so the rotors will are about to break. He told me it wasn't under warranty and prepared my car for delivery back to me. He never offered fixing out of pocket or any other option. I was prepared to pay but he didn't have any interest on helping me any further. The service center is so unprofessional and incompetent. I won't be going back. It's not dealer worthy!

As sleazy as they come. They will attempt high-pressure sales tactics and do everything short of barring the door to prevent your exit. Specifically avoid Lloyd and Omar, easily the most sketch guys in a business of sketch guys.

Just did my car service and Steve at Subaru Waldolf location has excellent customer service at service dept. He made me and husband feels welcome and wanted to come back. My husband don't own a subaru but he is surprised with the service we got from my dealership all the time. #subarucrosstrek

Definitely would not refer to this business as a "no haggle" car dealership. My partner and I came here to browse the inventory of used Subaru vehicles and to look at prices and get a good feel at what was available. The salesperson we dealt with barely helped us at all with this... he was rude and unprofessional. Not only did he keep taking phone calls, walk away from us numerous times, and not keep his attention on us but he also was rude when informed of our current situation. He scoffed when we mentioned we wanted to see the used inventory of Subaru with a budget of around $20,000- 24,000. And even worse he laughed when we said we had a trade in as well. The worst part was when he said that he had to check the price with his manager on a 2018 forester we liked. He said the online price was $19,000 but he had to double check with his manager and eventually said that that online price was only guaranteed for today only. Understandable that things change but why would the online price change? Definitely definition of haggle. Save your time and don't browse here unless you're buying brand new because apparently it's a joke to look for used cars. I guess not having $30,000 to shell out immediately makes them loose their Interest.
