It’s my first time at NTB to get new tires and the entire process and experience were seamless thanks to Favian. I simple provided the make and model of my car and he provided options available. Scheduling was also a breeze. I will definitely consider returning here in the future and will be happy to refer others.

Ellis was amazingly helpful in assisting me with maintenance on my vehicle. He got me in and out, staff was very helpful and everyone communicated with clients and amongst each other.

Jose, favian was great!! I wanted to get a used tire to begin with but end up getting a brand new one because of favian knowledge and customer service. Especially after a terrible experience at another shop that treated me terrible because I came in with a bag that needed to be trashed and was leaking!! Come see NTB Tire & Service they have great customer service
