Went in to remove 2 week old gel nails. Only put them on for a photo shoot. They Sanded off the top coat..then used a tool to lift and damage my existing nails. Simply cut them all off. My first question to reviewers. IS THIS THE CORRECT WAY TO REMOVE GEL NAILS?

I came in today to a very clean, relaxing establishment for a #20.... spa sea salt pedicure Which came with a peppermint foot mask...except when it says foot...they mean leg. I had to ask for the mask...she totally skipped that part. The owner then went on to tell me when you come here enough you should know foot mask means leg...No peppermint foot mask. I will definitely NOT return. I am so disappointed.

I try to only leave positive reviews but I felt lead to post about this establishment!Extremely poor customer service! My daughter and I waited an 1 hour for service. We could clearly see and feel that one tech did not want to service us but rather service a white lady that came after us. To much to type and explain. However, the reviews concerning racism are accurate based on what I experienced today.The tech that arrived told me "what you want takes time and I have a customer coming so can you pick something different. Maybe just white polish only". I want to be very clear all my daughter was getting was a French Tip w/ gel full set, NOTHING fancy.The energy of the techs were horrible, especially for it to be the top of the morning. I witnessed 3 customers walkout of the shop due to customer service. We too left without service!I typically go to Escape Spa but wanted to save a few dollars. You really do get what you pay for! I would NEVER recommend this shop nor will I everreturn. We were quickly serviced at Escape and welcomed.

First time at this location, and I wanted something that I'd seen online. I was quoted a price and that's exactly what I paid! Philip said that he was able to do it, and with help from his colleague he came as close to what I had asked for as possible. The associates were kind and not only helpful to me but to each. They showed patient with another customer who had two toddlers with her. Will definitely being going back again My nails look great! What a wonderful and fun experience. Really hope this is my new nail place.

The lady that was doing my nails was extremely rude, she kept pulling my fingers and hurting my nails I tell her to stop and she keep saying “relax” ended up leaving and she wanted to charge me $50 for something she didn’t even finish and said I wasn’t paying and she told me was gonna take them off. I think her name is TAHA or something like that. Hopefully this rude lady gets her nail tech license revoke, if she has one. This is how she left them…

New Lady Nails in Waldorf,MD is absolutely the best nail salon in this area,my nail artist Bup is the best in the nail artistry business,she will take the designs of your nails to the next level, any design you want she can do it, the establishment is very friendly, family like vibe,very clean, courteous & professional. If your looking for a nail salon, New Lady Nails is it. Bup is it!!!
