I didn't want to do this, but companies need to be called out when they are not valuing their customers. Nice people, but they only care about money. This company refuses to call me back, considering they sold me a lemon, by definition, because the first month I could only drive it half the time due to a coolant sensor going bad and the third cylinder misfiring. I live 40 miles away, and it's not a quick stop over to chat since I can't get a call back. Do not work with Marvin. He will be super nice to your face, but get nothing done regarding your problem. Gabby is very nice but apparently doesn't deligate decision-making down regarding anything else besides sales. I am still trying to get reimbursed for the work I had done to make it work again, which Gabby promised me I would be compensated. Again, nice people, but terrible business ethics.
Update: My car has a failing head gasket which needs to be replaced now. That cost is about $2,000. I told them when I got it that it was failing but we could not come to terms with fixing due to their inability to repair it, nor would they let me return it. Again, do not trust this place at all.

I am extremely pleased and highly satisfied with my experience. Amy and the entire management team were exceptional—very patient and thorough in answering all of my questions. The vehicle I purchased is a significant upgrade from my previous car and came at an affordable price. I highly recommend them!

My family and I visited this dealership and were greeted by the absolute best salesman in the DMV. He introduced himself as Danic. Danic was both eager and enthusiastic about meeting our needs regarding a suitable car. Our preferences were tailored just right. He is stellar in his approach to making the car buying experience one to be remembered. Kudos to the hiring official that capitalized on his unique experience style and approach to customer relations, and sales. He represented well.

My overall experience with this dealership is a -1000 If I could give zero stars I would! They sold me a car with all of my rims bent and then told me they would not be able to fix it even though i was within the warranty time! They also lied to the loan people just to get a 5K commission out of me which I didn’t catch until after I signed the papers claiming that I would only be approved if I had put 6K down. If you go here you will have a terrible time every employee is disrespectful and I worked with the sale person Shana.

Beware of this dealership. They scam you with the prices. For us the base price of the car we bought from them last month was 17k and they tricked us into signing papers for 21k base price. They didn’t even do the title transfer paperwork and now MVA is asking us for $1500 for tax and title. Do not waste your time and money by going to this dealer. They will rob you blind.
