WORST CAR WASH in MD. Save your money. The staff is rude from beginning to end. When you try to bring up a issues all the do is laugh and speak spanish to each other. Paid for the vip and got trash service. When i pointed out the dirt they missed they said it was not included.

Tried out this carwash on a busy day. Service was extremely poor. Go to Flagship if possible. I was told they are unable to get bird poop from the vehicle. Truly disgusting and disappointing experience.

This place used to do a great job,however the pass few years the service is unacceptable. Today I paid 45.00 for the platinum service. This service includes detailed cleaning of the door jams along with the basic cleaning. Due to the previous subpar cleanings. I knew a few things would go undone. Sure enough door jams were not wiped on top of the back seat was not vacuumed!!! I made the cleaner aware of the spots and she addressed the areas. I then noticed dirt on my front bumper and headlight!! I reported this to the cashier and she directed me to the manager. I explained to him the past issues etc. He said he would take care of it but I know this lack of adequate service will not be address. I know this because, as I was complaining other customers were pointing out things with their cars as well. I did notice it was not crowded with a long line out to 301 the way it use to be years ago, that should have been a hint. I have given this place a few chances but this was it. I refuse to pay almost 50.00 and my car is barely being cleaned and vacuumed. Please do not give this establishment your business and accept the subpar service they are providing us in our community.

Poor customer service, I paid $80 dollars for hand wash there are still spots of dirt that the machine wash would have cleaned better. The manger is rude with poor customer service. This place used to have better quality wash but has gone down tremendously. I would not recommend anyone going there ever.

I just had one question, and no one out of 15 people understood or spoke English, was told a manager was on the way, 30 minutes no one showed and none of the 15 people cared, will never come back

⁹The car wash is great. The chick at the front desk is rude and lacks customer service. She doesn't speak, look at you, etc. Everyone is amazing. My service was on 4/28 at 10am.

Poor customer service. No one speaks English and they just look at you and laugh. After getting my car wash my bumper was hanging. They weren’t going to say anything. When I addressed them they looked and laugh. I asked for a manager and the guy that came out said they aren’t responsible for what happened. He wasn’t the manager. I asked for the manager’s contact information and he refused to give it to me.
How are you running an establishment and don’t have a number for the manager. I REFUSE TO PATRONIZE A BUSINESS THAT HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If it wasn’t for the customers your establishment will not exist.
My concerns were dismissed. The guy walked away and told the cashier not to assist me.
The picture does it no justice. The bumper was off.

The owner is a rude bum!! Came in to get a wash he refused due to the mud. What's the purpose of having a car wash if you're not prepared to take on all conditions? Then he sends me to a place that hasn't been in business in almost 5 years. I'll never go back or recommend anyone to spend money with him

I previously had a great experience here. Today, I called and asked if they shampoo car upholstery. She said yes and told me they would give me a price when I came in. I went in and they first told me $250 to detail the car and then went to $120 to shampoo the four seats. I can (and did) buy a machine for less than that! I got their VIP wash. What a joke. I was one of two customers they had at this time and they did a horrible job. Crumbs on the console, didn't even touch the trunk area with a vacuum, etc. I'm attaching pics. I won't go there again. So sad because they are so convenient.

My truck was going through automated system and no one got it when it came out. It literally just kept rolling out into the parking lot. I should have recorded it. I went to the manager and he told me “he knows what he is doing, he has been there 18 years.” When I asked for the owner they weren't available.
