Shawn was patient, kind, and really listened to the issue I was having with trying to get my new iPhone activated. He got my phone up and running! Kudos! He’s an asset to the Verizon company!”

“Stumbled across this place after receiving the worst service ever at the Leonardtown Rd location and Marlon was the absolute best! Being so very frustrated with the service we just encountered Marlon was very patient and was able to resolve all of our issues. He went above and beyond to help us out. Pretty sure it doesn't make a difference to Metro PCS but he definitely saved them a customer. I will be coming to this location for any future needs. Thanks Again Marlon!”
“The worker in this store was very rude and not very helpful. He told me I could not trade my phone in to buy a new one even though the phone was only a month old, when I went to the other boost store about a mile away I was told that yes I can trade the phone in and I did very poor customer service”
