“Stumbled across this place after receiving the worst service ever at the Leonardtown Rd location and Marlon was the absolute best! Being so very frustrated with the service we just encountered Marlon was very patient and was able to resolve all of our issues. He went above and beyond to help us out. Pretty sure it doesn't make a difference to Metro PCS but he definitely saved them a customer. I will be coming to this location for any future needs. Thanks Again Marlon!”
“Good day, on 10/10/2022 I went to the T-Mobile store on Smallwood Drive Waldorf, Md. to open a business account. Initially, I was assisted by, Mr. Marcus who started the process. Shortly thereafter, I was assisted by, Ms. Geisha and she was very helpful. Mr. Marcus routinely checked with, Ms. Geisha to ensure the process was moving forward and was willing to assist as needed and I noticed, at one point, he called customer service to ensure there were no complications. Ms. Geisha handled the process which allowed, Mr. Marcus to assist other customers as they entered the store. I noticed the store was busy yet, they greeted every customer, and ensured everyone was assisted in a timely manner. At one point, they had to assist multiple customers to ensure we all received assistance in a timely manner.Mr. Marcus and Ms. Geisha are knowledgeable and professional and I would welcome the opportunity to return for future assistance, products, and services.”
“I absolutely love this t-mobile. The service is impeccable and the staff is so awesome especially Geisha. And I have to give a special shoutout to the amazing manager Kennedy. She absolutely handled my matters with care and she was extremely supportive, patient and knowledgeable. She is truly a miracle worker and she is hands down one of the best managers I’ve ever seen. Guys if you need anything handled in T-Mobile I hands down recommend you to go to Saint Charles Mall and come and see Kennedy!!!!!”

My main reason for reviewing is to recognize the excellent customer service i received from Jeri. She was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. Definitely an asset to this store.”

“I had an amazing experience here ,due to the type of transaction I had to do I had to make 2 visits but both times were great experiences .. today I worked with Roba he is absolutely amazing his customer service is top tier .. he was patient , kind and very knowledgable of the services and deals.. I was activating 3 new lines and he got me every possible deal and discount that he could which I really appreciated .. I would most definitely recommend this location

“The worker in this store was very rude and not very helpful. He told me I could not trade my phone in to buy a new one even though the phone was only a month old, when I went to the other boost store about a mile away I was told that yes I can trade the phone in and I did very poor customer service”
