Cortez tackled the problem and was like a pitbull on a potroast- not giving up until he had tried everything he could think of to solve the problem. Great guys, fun to talk to while they worked. I will be seeing them again the next time I have an electronic problem.”

He told me I could not trade my phone in to buy a new one even though the phone was only a month old, when I went to the other boost store about a mile away I was told that yes I can trade the phone in and I did very poor customer service”
