The customer service is very bad, I do not recommend them because the ladies that work there are very rude, they do not even know what they are doing, they do not try to help people, what the hell ,they do not know anything. I went to have them add another line to my account and they made a big confusion and in the end they never helped me.

I came In 3 times to be added to an existing line and the two laddies that work there are so rude and don’t to know what they’re doing. After I fixed the information they needed they refused to help me.

HORRIBLE customer service. The young lady seemed irritated from the moment we walked in, my husband said he wanted a specific phone and she looked at him and said “so you want it?” Then she made every excuse to not help him. The Leonardtown rd location is SO much friendlier.

Both my husband and I went use to only go this store for all MetroPCS needs but every single time we are always getting disrespected by the all the ladies in there and we have made numerous complains to their headquarters about them and they even already knowledge and told both me and my husband that they have numerous complains plus we have alot of friends and family members that have made complains on the ladies that work at this store and they said they were going to take care of the problem and they still haven't taken care of the problem at and the management at this store is just going to take up for their staff over the customers. But I will highly recommend if your want the best customer service and help go to the one leonardtown Rd(route 5) for all your MetroPCS service needs and help. The guy there is always helpful and gives the best service and tries his best to find the best deals we have a customer with MetroPCS for 6 years now and the ladies even told they were going to refuse our service so that's when we started going to the store and getting way better help than ever before

I had a phone that was detected and needed a new phone replaced. Contact Metro PCS over the Phone . I was to by a Agent to walk in to one of there locations and they would see the notes in my account. Went to this location and I was able to receive a replacement. They told me I had to go back to the location I purchased from . They are all franchise. Doesn’t make sense to me ….

Stumbled across this place after receiving the worst service ever at the Leonardtown Rd location and Marlon was the absolute best! Being so very frustrated with the service we just encountered Marlon was very patient and was able to resolve all of our issues. He went above and beyond to help us out. Pretty sure it doesn't make a difference to Metro PCS but he definitely saved them a customer. I will be coming to this location for any future needs. Thanks Again Marlon!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS PERIOD. EVEN 611 IN WHICH IS (CUSTOMER CARE); DO NOT CARE NOR ACKNOWLEDGE THERE EXISTING CUSTOMERS...I would rate this location if I could a solid 0.2850 Crain Highway was absolutely the WORSTTTT?????.. I went into this location on this past Thursday 2/16/2023 to upgrade my phone...For some reason the system wouldn't allow me to do it..AS I HAVE IN THE PAST WITH NO PROBLEM without me having to change my plan.. In which to me made absolutely no sense... When I was just upgrading my phone only PERIOD..So; I informed the rep to cancel out my transaction... An can I (PURCHASE the phone flat out); she proceeded to give me the run around... I knew that I would not be eligible for the upgrade if I brought the phone flat out the store... I just felt that you was still getting money out of me regardless... I was going to go home and activate it; like I been doing.. Overall NOOOOOOOOO DON'T DO IT; JUST MY OPINION ONLY...
