All around great job!!!! Howard was very welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, answered our many questions with a smile!!! This is what you call exceptional customer service!!! No rushing or fast talking trying to get a sale.....not at all. Howard took his time and explained everything in perfect detail. Thank you for an awesome experience. I'm looking forward to a good night's rest!!!!!!! Our pillows are on the way?

We originally called the store to inquire about the validity of our warrenty. The store rep had a customer and said he would return our call and he did. Once we found out they no longer carried the brand in the store we went to visit in person. The store rep Howard was so very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the different brands and assisted in us making the best choice. His customer service was extraordinary

Went in to check out beds looking for a new one. Howard was very knowledgeable about products in store. He helps us decide which one we ordered. He explained everything that will happen when the deliver the new bed and haul away the old one. We also are getting new pills. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommended Howard.
