We had a great experience with this store. The salesperson helped us to find a dining set/chairs that fit our small home and was also on sale and thus, well within our budget. The entire process including scheduling delivery was smooth and professional. We will definitely return to Marlo in Waldorf.

Great experience, very kind people! I will say I took a star off because we had issues with their warehouse staff being extremely rude but I believe they just work with that warehouse company so I’m not sure that they’re to blame. Otherwise very nice people at this location and very helpful!

The staff member who assisted me was very helpful. I came into the store because I received a flyer advertising a 3-day sale. It was hard to determine the sale price because all items already had two prices on them, and it did not appear that the prices on the flyer were reflected in the ticket prices. This needs to be clearer for customers. I did find a recliner at a great price, but with sales tax and delivery fees, the price jumped another $100. The delivery persons quickly assembled my new recliner and were very helpful.

Decided to stop by Marlo Furniture in Waldorf immediately upon entering the store my husband and I was greeted by Diane. She was great she listen to what we were looking for a directed and and escorted us to their merchandise. We told her we saw the same merchandise at another location cheaper. She immediately reached out to the manager and they beat the quoted price. We were sold, went downstairs ti complete the transaction. Thank you Diane for your excellent customer service skills and attention to the details in our request.

Julia was so exceptional in the store showing me different combination of sets until I was able to find something close to what I really wanted and within my budget.. Even the store manager chipped in to help. ?.
I was in the store for over 4 hrs and she did not complain. So kudos to her for her patience.
I’ve been a long time return customer of Marlo now in addition I’m a happy happy customer ……
