“I return a lot of stuff I find Imani (or Armani) very patient and helpful. Much more better experience than I get with the UPS store in Bowie. I was wrong about something and she was very polite and how she corrected me She could have made me feel a lot more stupid and she didn't five stars for her I hope I got her name right She works at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday July 3rd that lady really loved her she's very good at talking to customers and moving things along as fast as possible and professionally”
“Antoinette is hands down one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. Everytime I come into UPS, which is often, she is always working and working HARD! She has me in an out within minutes, and if there is ever a line of costumers, she keeps it organized and moving efficiently. Best of all, she is kind. It’s always nice whenever running an errand to have an exchange with someone who has a good heart. Thankful for UPS in La Plata!”

“Overall, the staff has always been friendly and cooperative. I have lived in Clinton for 20+ years and have never had a bad experience there. The one exception is sometimes there is a very long line - some days are busier than others!”

“Today I visited the UPS store on Smallwood Dr. and Desani and David were awesome! Every time I visit this location I am greeted with the most friendly and extremely helpful staff. I love how pleasant and helpful they are. Once at the counter I never spend more than a minute or two. I highly recommend selecting this location.”
