Darrell, an Associate in the Lawn and Garden department, is very knowledgeable and kind, genuine and easy to work with/talk to. He went out of his way to help my Mom and I with what we needed. He had thoughtful suggestions and questions. Plus, without our asking, he walked us out and loaded our vehicle with a very heavy item. We are very appreciative and thankful to Darrell!

What a horrible experience and it’s still not over. Signed a contract for a fence to be installed in July. Got changed numerous times. Was supposed to get the materials delivered today. Guess what! It never showed up. Could not even get a call from the store to advise me that it wasn’t coming. Wife took off of work for no reason. Forgot to mention they said we are being pushed back again until Oct. never treated so badly by any store. Loyal Customers are treated horribly!Beware of having anything installed. Nice to spend your Saturday waiting on a delivery that never shows up. Enjoy your weekend Lowe’s Management!

If I could give this store's manager Tracy and Carlos no stars I would. They just don't know how to manage store customer demand. So many customers were in line to do a return but had only one person assigned to do them at the time. While in the slow line, you could see the other employees had no other customers in other lines for new purchases.

Disgusting, the Waldorf Lowes is filthy. The bathroom was indescribable. Carts left everywhere throughout the store, trash all over the floors and the displays.... horrible.

We went to pick up flowers for our yard and patio. All the flowers and plants were dried out and dying like they were neglected. It was pitiful.

Have been buying wood pellets there for years, they have always been out front I go in and pay then load up. I go in the other night and all the pallets out front have do not open written on them . I go in the store to customer service and I am told those pellets are only sold by the pallet now. So after so more questions I am told to go out to lawn and garden and look around there maybe some there. So I head to lawn and garden to find pallets of open bags and wet pellets. At this point not very happy, so a very nice employee asked if he could help me . He then explained to me they were trying to sell all these pellets before opening the new pellets, which included alot of $8.98 a bag pellets, the ones I usually get are $6.87 . So off to Home Depot I go. Sad I prefer Lowes.

Saga finally ended today with the delivery AND INSTALL of my unit. Of course there was a scratch on it that the installers said they pointed out to Lowe's personnel before leaving the warehouse - but apparently it was the only one in stock, so they brought it to see what I would say. I was able to call and get things resolved with manager, Jessica. She took more money off and I let the guys install the stove because I didn't feel like waiting another 10 days to 2 weeks for replacement or exchange. For all the money I got off the unit I guess it was worth it since I essentially just paid to have it installed. All in all it was definitely an adventure and I'm glad it's over folks. Thanks for riding along on my journey with me.

Beware of paying in advance for any kind of delivery or pick up. Different departments do not communicate with one another & it's difficult to communicate with anyone at the store. I still have a broken dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen for the past 3 days.

After waiting about 30 mins for someone to assist in retrieving outdoor patio furniture located on a very high shelf we were finally able to find a staff member with a license to use a forklift. Three employees Imani, Ernest and Mikhi were so helpful. I guess they were the only workers working that day that's why I ranked the Lowes 4 in stead of a 1 star.

I really hate to give this rating. I have been coming here for 20 years to get all my supplies for my home and my handyman business. But the experience I had today permanently ends that tradition. I went there to get lumber, all of which was on the top shelf. I asked several employees if they could get someone to help me and nothing. A couple of them just walked away. After 20 minutes of waiting I went to the front to speak to a manager. By then I was extremely angry. There were several employees huddled at the front desk but no one offered to help. Finally my partner came into the store and got me to leave. We don't shop at Home Depot for political reasons, so we immediately went to the Lowe's in LaPlata and what a difference! As soon as I was in the aisle I was asked if I needed help. I told the associate what happened at the Waldorf store and he apologized vigorously. When I was loading the lumber into my truck another employee came out and offered to help load. I'm blessed to only have to drive a couple minutes further to the LaPlata Lowes because I will NEVER go to the Waldorf store again.

This Lowes is the worst Lowes I have ever been to. I ordered a grille the grill ignition knob didnt work so they sent another grille which didn't work. They refunded me my money and sent another grill which was the wrong grill. Called Lowes after being on hold for 1.5 hours they admitted mistake and assured me they will be sending correct grille. Needless to say I'm still waiting on grille it's been two days, no one is answering the customer service line. Every time I ask for a manager I get hung up on.

The flower selection this year was fantastic. Staffing was low and a lot of dead plants.
