The employee doing my drug screening smelled like weed, yes we live in Maryland but no reason your employees should smell like drugs

Very unprofessional lab employee told me I had 4 minutes to produce a drug test specimen as I entered. "You have four minutes. I want to go to lunch!" Spoke like she was not on her JOB." Unfortunately, I could not relax after the atmosphere she sat- no specimen after two hours of much additional water, walking, etc. Then she told me my pending employer could send me another lab date. WRONG ANSWER.Once I was in the parking lot I could have because of the change of the atmosphere but I could not go back once outside due to the nature of the testing. Unfortunately, I could not have another appointment per my company that was to hire me. I have read another review that missed from starting a new position due to unprofessional attitudes. I am a health professional and I don't disrespect even the rudest client because first it reflects who I am as a person. If I need to assert myself I do it professionally. Secondly, I treat others the way I would want to be treated plus my loved ones. Third, I am more than thankful that my employer trusts me and hired me to maintain their mission/goal. There are too many people in other countries and places in the US where employment is low prior to the pandemic that would love to do a fantastic job. These attitudes may be overlooked and you still are working but there is Someone who sits high and looks low seeing this disrespect. Someone who never slumbers or sleep. You think you are getting away naturally but in another rim you are not. The clients don't deserve this. If one has made you angry is it fair to mistreat the next one? They are sent to be pillars for your company to exist and you to be paid. Be careful what you do to others. You could be on the other side of the desk/counter one day in these clients' shoes. Also remember some clients MAY be rude because they are afraid or tired of being sick and tired. Please do better than this.

Not the 1st time Ive patronized this location Lab Corp, but clearly a different culture/team of reps this visit. The two AA ladies there were unwelcoming upon my coming in and approaching the desk. They were nonchalant, non-interested in working, and not very helpful. I came in within 30 min. of their closing time & I was a non-scheduled walk-in. No one was waiting in the lobby at either time that I walked in for service; either yesterday or today. However, these same 2 ladies were just sitting relaxed behind the check in desk, probably watching the clock, engaged in a personal pass time conversation _ that I obviously interrupted upon arrival for service. The ladies at Old Washington Rd gave no positive assurance that they were interested in servicing my QuantiFERON needs. They threw every available barrier of excuse that they had in possession in order to halt/postpone the requested service. I.e. Yesterday I was told I must come back with a Dr. Order; and I told them I would. I was not encouraged to make an appt. or nothing. Today I was flat out told by the same two Lab Corp reps [Chasity Stephens] even though I had a Dr.'s order in hand that "they ran out of the QuantiFERON supplies???? They only have a certain amount each day and now they're all gone".?! She didn't check her stock or their system to verify no more supplies before stating "we're out". I asked her "are you sure?" She just simply referred me to an alternate Lab Corp address to go to. I asked if she could call them to verify whether that Lab Corp had the test materials needed before I drive there; she said they couldn't. Smh, really pathetic? As an accommodating medical courtesy, if she really wanted to help me, she could've at least called, understanding that I'd been to her location x2 with no results. But neither rep wanted to render such a satisfactory level of customer service it seems. Being such a vital business component of health care system (Labs), customers expect good, cooperative customer service without making excuses not to do work. This type of accommodating service makes ALL the difference. Fellow patrons, think twice before you patronize this location of Lab Corp. Not one, but 2 front desk representative just may disappointment you also.

If i could leave a no star rating i would because they do not even deserve this lonely star! Made an appointment at 830 am, checked in and waited outside. After 15 mins i walked back in asking about the hold up and was was told we do not start testing until 9 am. Which is weird since the website allowed me to pick that timeslot. She then told me that i could go elsewhere to complete the testing. After giving me a list of locations via a printout, the location there listed that testing is from 8-4 pm Monday through Friday. If the lady did not want to do her job, that’s all she had to say

Avoid this location! I just went in at 8:47 for a new employment drug screening. That location was where the company told me to go. I walked in, checked in, and sat down. The lady at the front desk was very rude. She very abrasively told me that they don’t do drug screens until 9am so I needed to leave. And when I told her I didn’t know that since the email didn’t tell me and if it had I wouldn’t be there. She then told me they don’t do them and I could leave and go somewhere else instead of just letting me wait the 9 min in the office.Mind you, there was NOBODY there. Nobody was waiting. The only people in that suite were her and one other employee. I was masked and completely vaccinated before that get used as an excuse. Customer service is still a needed skill.

Don't come here on a Monday. Staff was uncommunicative and had a lack of interest in being present. You ask a question and it was like pulling teeth to get an answer. Waiting room was full of clients, while staff was having a meeting. Something that surely should have been done before or after hours. Definitely no tender loving care, TODAY!

ZERO stars. Made an appointment, drove an hour to get there only to find out their equipment was down. No notification that it was down so I wasted an entire afternoon for nothing.

Such a 180 experience I received from all the other 1 star reviews. Everyone was so nice and friendly, also straight to business, which I appreciate. The tech who took my blood labs was so quick and did an excellent job, got my vein the first time. Didn't feel queasy or anything afterwards like I usually do. Hopefully more people get to experience what I got to!

Need a sign at the front door for directions. Site manager was very helpful and very customer service friendly. Some of the ancillary staff where less than helpful and reluctant to demonstrate a true customer focused attitude. The site manager is definitely top notch.
