Never will I ever visit this lab again !!!!. Been going there for 13yrs Horrible horrible experience. These staff really needs customer service training. Very upset n sad. Lije my daughter who is a RN said if u don’t like your job change it. Don’t take out your bad day on sick people who already going through a lot !!!!!

My husband tried to drop off samples for me. He's not computer literate & they told him he had to sign in on kiosk. Three employees were sitting & talking at front desk & refused to help him! Bad form!!

I’ve been to a lot of labcorps but this is quite possibly one of the slowest ones that I have been to. I walked in and wasn’t greeted, okay no biggie. I checked in at the kiosk and grabbed a seat among the 5 other people seated in the waiting area. After about 20 minutes, another lady walks in and they call her to back saying she had an appointment, hmm okay we’ve been sitting here but fine. After being there for 35 minutes I left because there is absolutely no reason that a visit for bloodwork should take that long. I’ll make an appointment and go elsewhere. If you choose to go pack your patience or make an appointment because they’re extremely slow.

I walked in it was packed it was like about 10 people ahead of me or more and when I tell you they are so quick and the lady in the front desk is so sweet and chill I wish I knew her name but definitely recommend this LabCorp

This is ridiculous I am sitting here on hold for the 3rd time each time the loop times out and the recording tells me that everyone is busy to leave a message and they will call back. I have previously and no one calls back, once I do reach someone they put me on hold and the cycle starts all over again. This has been going on for over 30 minutes and currently I have been on hold for 11 minutes terrible customer service!

I wish i had grabbed the nurse/phlebotomist name. Super awesome with my anxious eight year old! So glad i chose this location. Super quick. Made an appointment but got there early and took us back and done in 20 minutes!

I always get there right when they open at 6am and am usually done in less than 5 minutes. Never had a problem there and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I always say the best time is the early mornings I was in and out way before my appointment time. Good thing I didn’t follow the steps when it said to stay in the car ? and check in like how while I’m in the car! All I know is I wish I gotten the lady name that assisted me from the sign in to drawing my blood cause I will definitely make sure I come back to that same location (same time hopefully) and receive her great customer caring services

Terrible customer service… receptionist is also the phlebotomist. This was my second visit and it was worst than the first one. If you can visit another location. I do not recommend this one.

I went to this location this morning for bloodwork, all the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming, Good Morning and Smiling Faces. Huge difference from my experience yesterday at the Old Line location, I left because the lady with red hair was so Nasty. Thanks to the ladies that were so professional and was happy to do their job with a smile at the Pembroke location.

So currently it's 6:10am and I'm still standing outside of an office that opens at 6:00am along with 5 other people. This is not how you operate any type of business and stay in business. Waited till 6:15am and had to leave to go to work. Will not be returning to this location.

Woman at the front desk was so so so nice even when I was late for my appointment. The young lady who took my blood was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable.
