I went to Flagship Carwash today. I am not pleased. The vacuuming inside was little, at best. I still had lots of debris left. If it weren’t for the floor mats, they hold the most debris, the floors would not be clean! The middle console, the doors and the dash were not really touched and the windshield, outside mirrors and windows were all streaked! The last time I was at this location, which has been a while, it was a different name. I guess the name change and higher prices have changed the value and workmanship you get!! I am highly disappointed and will not return. I spent time cleaning the inside myself when I returned home.

By far the rudest service I have ever had at a car wash. Even after saying thank you, they wouldn’t even say you’re welcome or acknowledge you. My car was still dirty and I had to all that the vacuumed it again. This is the second time this has happened. My car still has bird droppings on it after they washed it and wiped it down. Never going back.Services: Vacuuming

Quality car wash when it was Kleen.Fast service, great prices and left my car clean. They can improve the interior cleaning better but so far best service car wash in Waldorf.

They do a excellent job on my car but there is absolutely no order once they pull your car out they have ignorant people standing around complaining and wiping down their cars instead of moving them out of the dam way so people can get in their car it’s so out of hand that my car has almost been hit because of this who ever the manager is I hope you see this complaint because I’m sick of it and it’s always our people who act ignorant you have a monthly contract with them if your car isn’t clean enough bring it back the next day but the car wash isn’t a convention to gather bottom line move your car once the pull it out or better yet wipe it down after you pull it on the street or when you get home! These people will not be in business long they stop selling and giving air fresheners and they also went up on the pricing without notifying me a name change only means one thing bad business

I waited for hand car wash for over hour.on very hot day. When I got my SUV it was not vaccum clean and dash, cup holder, was not clean. Dried running water on door hangs.I reported to the water and said that it was not part of the car wash and only half vaccum the truck

I just got my car cleaned at Kleen wave….they stole money that I left in my car!!!!! They talked to me for awhile to distract me. When I was far away I realized my money was gone. I called them and they said there was nothing they could do. That place is a racket!!!! Boo stealing peoples hard earned money!!!!! Management didn’t wanna help either!!!! They are all part of the scam!!!!!

Just left this place, they use to be fast and efficient. Now they just fast. Paid for the most expensive car wash. The top of the car is still dirty & spotted as well as some of the hood. They also threw everything I had under my driver seat across the back seat. Which is just rude. I’d have rather them left it where it was and bypassed under the seats. Also my backseat was left with crumbs and not even wiped down. It was left worse than when I arrived. Somebody needs to get all new staff. Because this one ain’t cuttin’ it.

The outside of the car was very clean, however the cleaning on the interior is subpar. I asked if I should take my child’s car seat out & they said no. Once I got back in my car all my seats still had crumbs, floor still had loose dirt on it and they didn’t vacuum under the car seat.

I've been coming here for a couple of years, and I have a monthly subscription with them. It's pointless if you don't go more than twice a month. Also I have an SUV and it never gets clean clean. The grill always remains with bug splatter, and if you get the tire shine, best believe by the time you get home you'll have to spray, and wipe off the black residue that will splash all over your vehicle because they put way too much, and my SUV is white. I recommend getting them to hand wash, they do a great job with that!

Quality of service has went down, they don't care and the workers body language show it.first time I went the work was awesome. Last 2 times a kid could have done better.. waste of 32 bucks. They do a great job of shining tires that's about it. It's hard to believe I'm the only one who believes the work is subpar. I wish I could post pictures. I went back a second time because I thought the first time the bad work was an anomaly, nope, it's the standard now..I believe.Services: Vacuuming

Over the years, this place has gone downhill. Every time I pay for a platinum service ($32) , I get the worst clean ever. I end up cleaning the car myself every time. Paid for wheel clean and tire shine, and it wasn't done. The lady comes out and doesn't clean the wheels and sort of shines the tires. Hopefully, the owner understands that this is unacceptable.

This place is getting worse every day. I used to love bringing my cars here because I knew they'd be clean after they got finished. Now I have to keep pointing out discrepancies after every visit. I opened the back of my truck today and asked for the rear to be vacuumed, which is a part of my service. Not only was the rear not vacuumed, the second row was also dirty after they finished. I had to show the attendant where to clean up all the visible dirt. I also had to wipe my door jams and the rear of my truck.....totally unsatisfactory. If I pay for it....just do it. Need another car wash or I need to go back to washing them in the front yard once again

The past few times I came here, I requested the full cleaning to include the inside and outside. I noticed the outside is always nice and clean, but the inside looks the same as when I brought it in. I always have to request that they wipe down and vacuum the inside over. I should not have to ask that everytime. It should be done right the 1st time!Thankfully, there is always the same guy that does it for me. I think he's one of the managers. He and the other staff there seem really nice. They just need to do better . I spend too much money for a half job.

I have been coming here since their opening day. All I can say is their service to cleaning cars has went down significantly. These are some picture after their most expensive car wash. My 10 year old cousin would’ve done a better job.

I have been here a few times and hoped for better service. I have had to call to their attention all the missed areas that were not wiped down, vacuumed such as my front and back mats. My console was not wiped or my dash. Very disappointing. I will not be using them again. I do like their variety of car sprays.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
