I am a mother of 2 boys and have had my share of different daycare centers. I have to say that Kindercare Waldorf has been the best experience I have ever encountered. All of the staff are friendly, I have never had a concern with my children being mistreated/mishandled. When my children first started attending the Director would always speak and ask about my wellbeing. When any of my children were having a difficult time transitioning, the staff whether they were their teacher or not would step-in to assist and be very gentle. My children were always greeted and shown love by the staff from different classrooms. I would recommend this daycare to anyone in need of childcare.

If I could give this daycare 10 stars I would. Being a military family, my son has now attended several daycares and KinderCare is by far the best we have ever had. The daycare providers we began to think of as family. They cared for my son as if he was their own. I’d like to specificity mention Ms Stephanie in the toddler room and Ms Alicia in the infant rooms because my son just adored them. I never had to experience dropping my son off crying bc he loved attending everyday. Thanks for all you do staff at KinderCare, you truly are the BEST there is to offer for childcare!

Definitely a place to be for your little ones. My children love KinderCare. My two year old literally comes home singing Her teachers name. The center is very well managed and run by Ms. Terri and Ms. Deanna. Thank you all for all you do!

Planned an appointment to do a virtual tour to enroll my infant and they never joined the zoom meeting that they set up. Never called to reschedule.

My husband and I have been trying to schedule a virtual tour of this facility and to no avail. The follow-up by the director is horrible. We have tried twice to schedule a tour, the first time we received no response. The second time we attempted, the director gave us a date and time, we confirmed immediately back, but then it was silence from the director. We contacted her again for the virtual meeting information and still received no response. Needless to say, my family will be looking elsewhere for a daycare facility!!

Ms Theresa was my son's classroom teacher. She is absolutely the sweetest, kindest lady you would ever meet. ALL the staff members are so nice and respectful. Doesn't matter what time of the day, they are always happy to greet you with a smile. We had previously been enrolled at another center before joining KindaCare and I must say the experience is night and day. You will be very well respected as a parent and paying customer. I never felt anxiety leaving my son with them because I knew he would be well taken care of. His overall behavior before and after a day at the center let me know he was adjusting well to his new environment. We will definitely be back for the summer session. If you're seeking quality, kind, professional childcare for your child, look no further than this center. Ms Teri and her staff are really great at what they do.

I love Kindercare the Smallwood Dr. location. The teachers really care about the children and they work with the parents to ensure that the children's developmental needs are met. It's a clean and safe environment with loads of extra curriculum activities. My son loves this center. I would requirement enrollment.

Our daughter has been attending KinderCare in Waldorf for one year now and we must say it is awesome!We went through several other daycares, big name brands, and a nanny and was not happy/comfortable.We decided to try this daycare because it wasn’t too far from our house. We initially tested the director by asking her some tough questions and making some suggestions. She took it in stride. She listened to us and adjusted to our suggestions. It shows that she cares and she is extremely professional.The teachers have been there for YEARs and they really take the time to know each child and the parents. They go above and beyond to keep you abreast in regards to early closings, etc... They plan fun games and learning activities for the kids. Our daughter loves the daycare and the teachers. She also loves the food.I am recommending this KinderCare location to anyone who like us is uncomfortable leaving there child with just anyone and wants the best for there kid. My wife and I are glad we didn’t give up on all daycares.Good luck with your search!

my daughter has been going to this sight for 3 years. The teachers are great. Its well organized. The children continue learning here. Ms Terry and Ms. Kimbo are great. My daughter has grown so much she attends cooking class also and loves every min. of it.

I am a single mother and work very hard to ensure my daughter is in good hands and has everything she needs. I was very nervous about her going to a center as she was only used to being home with me and other family members. However I gave Kindercare a try and I am glad I did. They have been very kind, and loving towards my daughter. They are patient and really work with me even when I am having a tough time. She listens and enjoys learning at Kindercare! We have met great people and developed friendships :)

I absolutely love KinderCare I have a 2yr old and 4yr old and they just love there teachers the staff is wonderful and always heart warming knowing I’m leaving my children there to learn and get extra tyl means the world to me I would recommend this childcare to any and everyone looking for a great center !!!!!!!

Putting your child in daycare is a very nerve wracking experience, however the staff at KinderCare Waldorf put our minds at ease. Ms. Jessica was our first interaction with KinderCare, she is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our toddler loves his teacher's Ms. Lucy & Ms. Kelly and so do we! They are patient, kind, compassionate, and high energy caregivers. Ms. Alicia, Ms. Katie, Ms. Britney are very warm and our son looks forward to seeing them everyday. KinderCare is a home away from home for our son. We can tell he is learning, we enjoy watching him develop close relationships with his friends/classmates and care givers. We highly recommend KinderCare Waldorf to our friends!

The experience of searching for quality care for our son was very nerve-wracking. We visited the Kindercare Smallwood facility and liked what we saw. It is passcode-protected, there were many adults watching the children, our son’s room had an open layout and the children seemed happy and cared for.After weighing our options, we took a chance and signed our son up. He loves his teachers and the friends he’s made since being there. I really appreciate that the teachers give us a daily report of all his activities. I also like that Kindercare follows a standardized curriculum that includes a monthly email letting the families know what the children will be learning that month.Even though he has specifically assigned teachers, it seems that the whole staff looks after him. We commend the entire staff, but would like to give specific recognition to the following teachers:- Ms. Nicole and Ms. Pam (thanks for everything you’re doing to get him ready to be a great student when he’s older)- Ms. Katy and Ms. Jessica (thanks for being there with him now and for everything you did for him previously)- Ms. Alicia and Ms. Kim (thanks for watching him when we used to drop him off at 6:00am!)- Ms. Taylor (thanks for watching him when we are late picking him up!)- Ms. Teri and Ms. Deanna (thanks for your leadership and for choosing wonderful and caring teachers)It has been a sacrifice for us to leave our son here because of where we live and work, but having a safe and nurturing place to leave our child is truly priceless. Our son continues to grow tremendously and we thank Kindercare Smallwood for the important role they’ve played in his development.
