wow - if I could give higher than 5 stars I would… incredible experience from start to finish! Chuck H was amazing - super kind, knowledgable, not pushy. I walked in, fell in love with a Sportage (had the intention of wanting a soul) and we immediately proceeded with purchasing. Janet in finance was a powerhouse in the best way and taught me a lot about financing/ rates. My biggest pet peeve with dealerships is feeling pushed - but I never felt like that for a moment here. Once again, if I could give higher than 5 stars I would! Shoutout to the manager Mike too! Very very kind man. Thanks Bayside!

Dawayne Jefferson provided excellent service during my purchase on my birthday. His demeanor, patience, and professionalism were exceptional from beginning to end. Can't forget to acknowledge the other salesmen, women, and managers who were courteous to me also. The entire atmosphere was very pleasant. Many thanks and appreciation to all who helped me purchase my birthday gift!

Lied about price. 26800 was negotiared price. They charged me 30500 full price. And they did not transfer tags or give valid registration to me. Its been over 2 weeks MVA agent said they did not transfer tags and they have no record of registration info!so I can't legally drive this car.

I absolutely do not recommend even buying a kia vehicle, they are not helpful AT ALL. If i could leave 0 stars i would. In may our 2020 kia stinger engine blew. So obviously we towed it to kia, Well they informed us JUST BECAUSE THE CAR WAS MANUFACTURED IN CANDA THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY. Now mind you we didn’t even buy the car in canda, we bought it here in the states. So they authorize vehicle to be sold if they were manufactured else where but won’t honor warranty on the vehicle. ITS A SCAM. The total repair cost for the engine & work was just shy of $18,000 dollars. THANK GOD the dealership we bought the car from had warranty but the warranty only covered the first $9000. So that was still $9,000 due from us too. The process of the repair was terrible, they kept putting off contacting the warranty at the dealership. Final over a month later the repairs were complete. Not even 24hrs later vehicle was leaking oil. They gave us so much push back for not wanting to give us another rental. We had basically had to tell them that they owe us a rental. So that was just a horrible experience. Then not even 3 months after the BRAND NEW (OEM) engine was put in, IT BLEW AGAIN! so we took it to kia again. Now they don’t want to give us a rental or loaner. It took them a WEEK to look at the car when they said they would diagnose it the next day. They have never called us. Every time we have spoken to these people it’s because WE CALLED THEM! They are very unprofessional, every time we call the service advisor her answer to everything is “i don’t know”. We talked to the manger there as well in person and apparently he just started working there, which still just sounds like excuses after excuses of why their service is so terrible. I have asked for the police’s for parts warranty and manufacture warranty and the manger refused to give it to me. As of today a week and a half later we’re still without a rental/loaner. And still with out an update of whose paying for the engine and when it’s going to be completed. Will update once something has happened.

Terrible post sale experience with communication... I was very upfront with the dealership about the position we were in on being in the process of purchasing a home. Purchased a vehicle and was promised at purchase the payoff would be quick. Then, a week goes by and I talk to the woman that handled my financing and she promised it would be paid off by Friday, August 9th. I then follow up on the phone multiple times over multiple days from August 8th - August 10th asking for confirmation. Talked to someone and they said they would confirm and get back with me. I kept calling and could NEVER get a call back. I then show up on Monday, August 12th and they STILL hadn't even sent my payoff check for my trade in. I was promised the person who did payoffs would overnight a check tomorrow because they were not in today. I said that was perfect and explained we could still settle on our house if it's paid quickly.
August 13th comes and get a call saying they are going to pay it today and got my info to do so. I got the receipt and it says it will be received by the Lender by August 16th! I then call back next day and she said she was never told to overnight it and the sales office has no idea what they are talking about when it comes to payoffs. I ask why there's been such a lack of communication from purchase date of 7/26 to 8/14, and why I was given the run around MULTIPLE times. While I understand there is no definitive timeframe given by the law, it does talk about if they wait too long and it negatively effects me. Welp, the NEW vehicle account has been open for almost 2 weeks now, and our first payment will be made soon. My monthly payment for the traded in vehicle is still due and I haven't had the car since 7/26/24... I'm now homeless because we can't settle on our new home until we get the payoff, and the people buying our house were scheduled to be in it by August 12th. August 9th was perfectly fine. Instead, we got the run around for weeks and now here we are...Homeless, and potentially having to pay two car payments potentially or have late fees or a bad credit report. Multiple people could not follow through with promises, and were not communicating to help. And I feel like I was the easiest customer. Came in, knew what we wanted, asked for it, signed the deal right away, paid the down payment (half day of sale the rest next day due to daily charge maximums), and we always were communicating with everything we did. Just didn't feel reciprocated, and for a customer service industry based on quality over quantity, it seems like I just wasn't a priority after the sale. And we just got extra money from the sale of our house and I was looking to get a KIA SUV and trade in our other vehicle. Now I'm not sure what we are going to do, as we are homeless, and have just paid an extra $2,000.00 between 2 Airbnbs and 3 UHAUL trucks I'm paying an extra 6 days for now.

I had an issue and this dealership was very professional in addressing it. Mike Masters and Henry are assets to the Bayside Auto Group. Thank you for taking care of us!

Came in with performance concerns for my 8yr old Kia forte. I was literally halfway through a 4hr trip to Baltimore, md. I am so grateful for the customer service that Manny provided. Although the shop was very busy, he took the time to assess my concern and handle my situation. It took maybe 15 minutes. Manny is the man! Your dealership is blessed to have him. I hope he’s shown his value in accolades and finance. I approve the raise!!??

I would not recommend this service shop for repairs. They have a 3% transaction fee for paying with your credit card. Inflation it too high as it is, to pawn your merchant processing fee onto your customers is a turn off.

Great experience and process was super easy. JC Rodriguez was very informative and the Manager was amazing as well. We were able to agree on a good price for a new 2024 Kia Carnival and I'm definitely more than thrilled!!!
